Das Apartment MountainView am Fuße des berühmten Brandnertals wurde im Herbst 2024 umfangreich modernisiert und wartet nun auf deinen Besuch! Das Apartment ist infrastrukturell perfekt angebunden. Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Das Chalet 2 bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einen Essbereich mit angrenzender Terrasse, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Skiraum, eine Außensauna mit Ruhebereich im Freien. Im Carport kann ein Elektrofahrzeug aufgeladen werden. Alle Bereiche des Chalets stehen ausschliesslich unseren Gästen des Chalet 2 zur Verfügung. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi und 2 Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und Zugang zu Streaming-Angeboten (eigene Codes verwenden).

For up to 4 people; children and dog are welcome! This apartment is located directly at the confluence of the Alvier and Palüdbach streams and spoils you with an imposing, completely unobstructed view of the highest Rätikon mountains, meadows and forests in summer and winter. You have a lot of great nature around you, which you can admire from your own terrace. In the high-quality equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favorite dishes, which you can enjoy at the large handmade wooden table.

Quietly located, you can reach the city center and shopping in 5 minutes. 300 meters away, the Val Blu resort (wellness/gym) beckons. Ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes, Lake Constance in 35 minutes. The Dornbirn Exhibition Park is 25 minutes away, and the Brandnertal Bike Park is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy the view of the mountains and valley from the sunny side of the mountain. Hiking trails are within walking distance, and in winter the journey is also easy without winter equipment.

Herzlich willkommen im Chalet-ALOHA ALOHA steht im Hawaiianischen für Freundlichkeit, Frieden, Lebensfreude, Liebe und Wertschätzung. Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Welcome to Haus Küng. We are very pleased that you are interested in a holiday in one of our four cozy apartments. The apartments, furnished in bright wood, in the rural style, are furnished with one bedroom, fully equipped kitchen-living room and comfortable bathroom with shower/toilet. Each apartment has a balcony, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. Our house is in the countryside in quiet location, off the main road.

The owners grew up in Brand and parts of their families still live in Brand. The tourist operator also grew up in Brand and knows the valley like the back of his hand. A Brand service, i.e. a warm, genuine hospitality can thus be felt.
