We had a great stay at Rebecca's, the accommodation is as described. Rebecca is a very responsive and accommodating host. The house is large and well-equipped for family gatherings. We would recommend it without hesitation 🙂

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

What a wonderful spot to get away! Truly beautiful views and if you like to hear the birds, this a must stay. Very quiet for sleeping. Lots of space for us to spread out in the large kitchen area and the outside covered patio. Conveniently located near Perigueux, 15 minutes to most services. Please note: There are steep stairs to the upper level and you walk through one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom to get to the third bedroom. Second bathroom on upper floor. Worked just fine for our family. Lots of lovely paths for walking. Laura and her family are lovely. Definitely recommend.

We had a very good stay at Le Pré des Noix. Upon our arrival, Alexandrine gave us all the instructions and made herself perfectly available during the stay. The small well-equipped house is lovely and peaceful, it is a real place of rest 2 steps from the Vézère valley and its must-see tourist spots. Everything was perfect and we will gladly come back if the opportunity arises

Very nice accommodation in a wonderful quiet large park. The roses are fragrant and the terrace offers plenty of space to relax. You can hear the birds in the evening as well as the frogs at the pond... it was a great three days, a perfect end to the city.

Apart from getting very lost trying to find it we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is really beautiful and perfect for our party of 9 (including a baby & toddler). The pool was really fun and we enjoyed the ping pong table. The house was very well equipped and we found lots to do within 30-40 min drive. Lovely restaurant in Coly (10 min drive) opposite the church and great supermarket in Terrasson (15 min drive). Lots of local markets, Sarlat was especially good. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back one day!

Sophie and Craig were the perfect hosts, they were so friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a welcoming (and much appreciated) basket of goodies waiting for us on our arrival and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The gite was just as described and the perfect place to unwind. Lovely views throughout the meadow and surrounding area, the natural pool was a delight. The chickens provided fresh eggs for breakfast and the dogs, Roo and Ted are adorable. This was easily one of the most relaxing, wonderful places we have ever stayed. 5 days away felt like a month's holiday. Beautiful surroundings, extremely peaceful, lovely house. Lots to do in the nearby towns and villages. If you go, you'll want to stay longer and return.

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

We had a fantastic stay at Patrick & Jacqueline’s. They’ve done a great job on the property and it’s a perfect location for exploring the dordogne. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Benjamin's, it's a little cocoon of sweetness, very pleasant, impeccable in terms of cleanliness! Benjamin was very considerate and took care to prepare a full, refined and very well presented breakfast 🙏🏻😊 I even asked for a little extra to take my meal at noon, and I really recommend you try his cooking 👌👌👌 I also really enjoyed being able to exchange and discuss, Benjamin is another very open person and I will happily come back!

We had a great stay in your tastefully renovated apartment, pleasant to live in, bright and above all in the heart of the Historic Center. Very well equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom, everything you need - Just like at home!!! - Free parking, bakery nearby. A big thank you to Sabine who welcomed us very well, friendly, responsive and very generous... I highly recommend this accommodation in Bergerac, you can go there with your eyes closed

A nice accommodation surrounded by greenery! Very nice with children (petanque court, swing, deckchairs for parents) and for our dog. 🐶 Unfortunately, we did not have time to use them. 😁 The accommodation has everything you want in an Airbnb: - fully equipped kitchen - clean, convenient bathroom - separate toilet - a nice living/dining room with TV and WiFi - a very nice room with a double bed + single bed + baby bed. - washing machine, iron and so on! But the icing on the cake is the freshness of the accommodation! Perfect for hot days! very close to Brantome thank you for the welcome, for the fresh water and the jam! we will come back without hesitation!

Thank you for a very relaxing stay. We found the gîte to be exactly as described, with all the amenities needed. The area is very pretty and we enjoyed exploring for the few days we were here. Peaceful and pretty area.

Our stay was a lovely dream. The outdoor kitchen and pretty garden with bath was a place you might envisage in a fantasy. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Although the weather was unusually hot we were nice and cool within the traditional thick stone walls of the house. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the canoes floating round the bend of the the winding Dordogne river. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you Steve and Eve. What a lovely stay with wonderful hosts. We were visiting for a wedding at Chateau La Durantie, and I am so glad we came across Michael’s place. Michael reached out in advance of our stay to align on our check-in time, and sent over many helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities during our stay. David greeted us upon arrival to give us a tour and answer any questions, and left a bottle of wine and some treats. Michael followed-up shortly after to give us more history and to see if there was anything we needed. The location itself is serene next to a river, and the house couldn’t have been nicer. It was squeaky clean, and the showers seemed new. We took advantage of the kitchen amenities to prep our meals and didn’t run into any trouble. As another reviewer shared, they are in the process of building a pool which will be great for families. We will definitely be back.
