House in the center of the village

Atypical 80 m2 house with garden and terrace, in a nice village and a quiet one-way street. The house is close to shops (grocery store, bakery, bar, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser). Parking for 2 cars on the property. 40 min train ride from Gare du Nord, "Rieux – Angicourt" stop. The house is a 5-minute walk away. Beautiful walks in the countryside and surrounding forests, hiking and mountain biking. We live in the second independent house at the back of the property.

Spacious (75 m²), bright, modern and well ventilated, our apartment is located on the second and top floor of a small, very recent private building with only two apartments, which guarantees you peace and quiet. Less than a minute's walk from the train station and the forest, you can do everything without a car: reach the castle, the Grandes Écuries, the racecourse, restaurants, the cinema, the market... and even the first pub, which is less than three minutes away.

The gite of the trough, for a break

The gite of the auge was converted into an old barn/barn built around 1830. The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity by its auge, its beams of the forest of Retz and its size stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernity by the combination of glass and industrial steel.
