Wine village between Epernay and Sézanne, ideally located 1.5 hours from the gates of Paris, 1 hour from Reims and Troyes, in the heart of the Coteaux du Petit Morin and at the foot of the Marais de Saint Gond. This cottage has an equipped kitchen, large living room, TV/office lounge, walk-in shower bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a garden. A jacuzzi with a shower area. No pets allowed. Cabin on stilts on Millet pond. Ideal for two people but can accommodate four people comfortably. We offer you an encounter with the wild nature of Argonne. A boat is available, forest hikes and not forgetting visits to World War I sites. For safety reasons, the cabin is not suitable for children under 12 years old Located 15km from the city of Sainte Ménéhould. The Tree House is closed in winter, from November to March.

This eco-labelled cottage of 14 people is located on our organic wine farm. In a beautiful 19th century building completely renovated, 5 comfortable bedrooms await you as well as a Nordic bath on the private terrace. The name of the cottage comes from the emblematic grape variety of our vineyard and the 310 species of birds that can be seen in the Lake Der region.
