Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Breckenridge

Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

My friends and I were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay at this incredible mountain escape. Location is incredible. You’re right in the midst of the mountains, close to gorgeous hiking trails and amazing restaurants (try JR’s Pizza Place), but far enough off the beaten path to feel completely isolated when you return to the home. We honestly could have spent the entire trip at the house, enjoying the private disc golf hole, watching the moose and elk wander the property, and basking in the biggest hot tub mankind has ever seen. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and Joey was extremely prompt in communicating with me anytime I needed him. I cannot wait to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

You can't miss the wonderful view that surrounds this cozy house! Between snowy mountains, sun, rain, a jacuzzi, and a sauna we spent some wonderful, relaxing days. I highly recommend it. It has plenty of space, is clean, and Zachary responds quickly. Very good service!!

Beautiful home, luxurious finishes, short walk to downtown Breckenridge, probably about 7-8 minutes. This was one of the main reasons I booked this home, I celebrated my 40th birthday here and had some family fly in as well. It was great because if someone wanted to go into town to shop, or eat, it was easy to do on your own, or all walk together as a group. The town is great for families! There were several times we’d leave the house at 11am, planning to do one thing, and then we ended finding other things to do while out and about and come home hours later. Beautiful mountain views as advertised. Location was great for activities we had planned, about 50min from Idaho springs (scenic drive) for ziplining, great white water rafting. Host is very friendly and accomodating, lives below the Air BnB on same property which was a non issue, completely separate entrance, we really only saw her on the first day at check in as we figured out parking. Stayed 6 nights, Would book here again!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Sharon thought of everything a guest could need and provided it, from cozy throw blankets to bath salts to a well-stocked kitchen. Our group of four was so comfortable there and the setting is so peaceful. Sharon is an excellent communicator. She gave detailed instructions and responded immediately with o all inquiries. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay! Cory and Nicole were easy to communicate with and had great response time! The location was perfect for us, peaceful and friendly neighbors, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Alister’s place. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy a week of skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Keystone. His home is clean, well equipped, and a great size for our family of four. We were able to access skiing with ease and were happy to return to his condo for either a home cooked meal or an easy walk or drive to downtown Frisco for dinner after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend and would stay here again. The only word of caution is that the garage space is tight if you have a large SUV!

Loved our stay! It was the perfect size for my husband, my dog, and myself. It was so close to Main Street and plenty of amazing hiking spots and Boreas pass. I would definitely stay again!

perfect the short term stay

The place was great. Exactly what a couple needs. Very easy to get to restaurants and shops of Breckenridge and to the ski resort. Would definitely stay again!

Jeffery's condo was comfortable, well organized, and quiet. We enjoyed the location as it was close to the bike path.

This condo was the perfect location for our visit to Dillon. The view was so incredible we didn't want to go out to eat and decided to eat in for all our meals! The condo is comfortable and set up for relaxing. We would love to stay again and hope to return to Dillon. You won't be disappointed choosing Michael's place for your next trip. Our only regret is not coming when their was live music at the amphitheater. We highly recommend Alpine charters for fly fishing and boat fishing on Lake Dillon.

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

I was in Breckenridge for work and this place was perfect! It was in a great location and had everything that I needed for my quick trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy all that Breckenridge has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as described. Very easy to get to Breck station and Peak 8 Gondola via resort shuttle which runs very frequently. Michael went above and beyond to answer all my questions and was super responsive. The condo itself was well appointed with plenty of towels, toiletries, and even dental kits in both bathrooms. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the amenities at Beaver run including, outdoor hot tubs, heated pools, arcade, market and restaurant were all wonderful. Overall we had a wonderful spring break!

One of the best places we stayed on our trip! The location truly can’t be beat. right in downtown Breckenridge with everything just a short walk away. We were able to park at the property and explore the town on foot, which made our stay super convenient and stress-free. The amenities were a huge bonus! Between the indoor/outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, saunas, and a game room, we had plenty to enjoy without even leaving the property. It made for a fun and relaxing stay. We did experience a small hiccup at check-in, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving everything quickly, which we really appreciated. That kind of service makes all the difference, and it's exactly why I’d 100% stay here again. Only suggestion: it would’ve been great if shampoo and conditioner were provided 🙃 But other than that, absolutely loved it!

Emily’s place was awesome and very updated. Pristine clean upon arrival. The location was phenomenal. You’re a block away from all of restaurants and shops. The trolley and the gondola were a great touch. Emily’s communication was fantastic. Parking was very safe and secure as well. We hope to book again with Emily soon. The view from Mansi’s place alone could keep you sitting there for days!! The apartment is very well organized, equipped, and comfortable. It was a prefect place to come home to at the end of our days out exploring the area.

The place is comfortable, cozy and very functional at the same time. The location is perfect and the views are beautiful. The host was very nice and easy to reach. Fully recommend it! We look forward to book it again for our next spring break vacation.

Place is pristine and location is great. The river is beautiful - opening the sliding door and listening to the sound of the river was a highlight. Having a guidebook for how to use everything and local recommendations makes you feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!
