Great apartment, insanely beautiful garden with hot tub and sauna and totally private. Wonderful to have breakfast in the morning overlooking the lake. And Valentina is super nice and responsive. Happily again!

Nice place, a little difficult to reach as the streets in town are super narrow. But the view is amazing and a good restaurant nearby

The accommodation is small but nice. The amenities were great and the location was very central. We felt very comfortable right away and would like to stay at the accommodation again when we are back in Davos. Everything went smoothly & we had a wonderful stay 😊

Wonderful place to stay! We were there with a baby and it was still great to visit. Matthias is a great host! One thing you want to consider when traveling there - the last part of the road should be done in a daylight, we did it in the evening and it was very foggy, so we couldn't see a lot driving uphill, but we managed anyways.

Clean, tidy, comfortable and with all the necessities. It is placed in an extremely peaceful area which is very nice. There's a restaurant right next door and a small stall just a stone's throw from the property. It's ideal. And to get around the other villages and points of interest in Lake Como, the port is a ten-minute walk away. It was something absolutely unique! The apartment is located at the very top of the building, so we had one of the most beautiful views we have ever seen – it was breathtaking. The building has an elevator, and the entire facility is amazingly clean – really immaculate. The apartment itself was beautiful, well-equipped and very well-maintained. The area is quiet, peaceful and perfect for relaxation. We had a swimming pool at our disposal – shared with other guests, but because there are few apartments in the building, we practically had it only for ourselves. The hosts welcomed us very warmly and explained everything thoroughly – also when it comes to the nearest attractions. We are delighted and wholeheartedly recommend this place! Check-in was very easy and explained very well by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby in case you don't want to cook. We can especially recommend breakfast downstairs at the hotel! 😊

A very nice, well-kept and cozy apartment. There is everything you need and we felt at home from the beginning. The location directly on the Rhine is great and the village of Andeer is a great starting point for beautiful hikes. The check-in was straightforward and Ladina is a very friendly, helpful hostess. We will be happy to come back .

We stayed at Clio’s place for a few days with our 2 dogs and we had a great time there. Lots of things to do in the cities around it and in Laax. The apartment is cozy and big enough for 2 people and more. Highly recommend! 🙌

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

It was a super nice weekend in the Chalet Balu. Quiet location, super nice view, extremely clean and well equipped. Highly recommended

Beautiful experience! I had made a mistake with the booking, but Pietro was exceptional in solving everything instantly, saving my family's stay. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos: each room is tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail, from lighting to small design elements. Impeccable cleanliness and warm and inviting atmosphere everywhere. In the bathroom and toiletries you can feel refined fragrances, which make everything even more special. The wellness area is a real gem. Our dog also received special attention, she was greeted with fresh water and biscuits. Pietro was a thoughtful and helpful host. Highly recommended!

My partner and I went there, Corinne was a great host. Beautiful place, wonderful surroundings. The interior of the house is very comfortable and spacious. Small flaw but not essential, the night is a little hot, but otherwise everything is super top. We will definitely be back. Corinne is very flexible and available to all your needs.

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We have gratefully used the table tennis table. In short: a top location.
