It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is located on the first floor of our two-story house and measures approx.  70m2 (750sq.feet). The apartment has a private entrance, patio, and garden. In the morning the patio is a wonderful place to have breakfast outside. At night, it provides a magic view of the gazillions of lights in Kvarner Bay. A footpath and stairs, right behind our house, lead you all the way down to the center of Opatija.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
