Staying at the cottage was amazing, felt like we were there for weeks because it felt like home. The place is spacious and has everything you need for a cozy nature getaway. The location is perfect, short drives to hiking paths, the sea and the city. Mirna is a lovely host so definitely 100% recommend this place.

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

we had a lovely time in this house, a little hidden in a village near Rijeka. this house is ideal for visiting the area in Croatia as well as in Slovenia as in Italy. Despite these few electric curiosities, the house is perfectly functional. Host deserves their Superhost title. He is very responsive and gave us a very nice meal that he made in his restaurant. We slept very well. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the TV as we do not speak Croatian, but I think for people who speak Croatian, the installation is ideal. the wifi worked very well. I would recommend this place for a great value.

We were at Villa Quarnaro. It looks exactly like the pictures. The house is super well maintained, everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. The hosts were also very friendly. We would gladly come back!

Great house and an amazing host would stay again

We felt very comfortable with Alenka and Diego and enjoyed the time there with a great view of the sea to the fullest. Unfortunately, we did not use it because of the bad and then somewhat too cold weather. We were mainly in the garden next to the kitchen. The parking lot for the car is right next to the entrance. Alenka and Diego are very hospitable and helpful. The refrigerator was filled with delicious food upon our arrival. It is a quiet location and beautiful area. The neighbor was also immediately courteous when she realized we were guests. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced garden and so it was relaxing for us. All in one, a beautiful relaxing holiday with fantastic views. Thank you both for your kindness.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday with your dog(s) Large, super nice, fenced property – ideal for travelers with dogs. The accommodation is super well equipped, has everything you need for a vacation and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need is within 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, had even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

Very clean and spacious accommodation. There were four of us with a dog in unfortunately not so nice weather (regular weather). That's why we were able to stay in the house very nicely, and everyone had their space. We felt very comfortable, and Nina was a very helpful host. However, the surroundings did not promise us so much, it was (probably also due to the season) everything as extinct (despite Easter week). A small kiosk and a small bistro were the only thing within walking distance. All in all it was a very relaxing short trip. Thank you Nina.

Sandra is very welcoming, responsive when we asked. The accommodation was impeccable with small touches, nothing was missing. The only downside is parking which can be complicated when you come home after 6 p.m. Thanks to Sandra and Dean.

This is a unique place – very peaceful, quiet and perfect for real relaxation. The hosts are exceptional people – warm, helpful and hospitable. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a moment of respite.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was huge, the furnishing is cozy and modern at the same time with an amazing view from the balcony. It ist very close to the beach, with a beatiful bay - perfekt for stand-up paddling, snorkeling or simply swimming. Oksana was a very attentive and super friendly host. Natasha called us on the day of arrival, to say that the apartment was already ready. We could therefore enter earlier😀. She waited for us and explained everything well. Natasha is a very sweet woman. If you need something, she'll take care of it right away. The apartment is in the middle of Lovran, close to the sea. Ideal! Our dog could walk freely in the apartment and the roof terrace. Beautiful view! The dog beach was a fifteen-minute walk away. This was completely cut off by a fence and the rocks. Water shoes are recommended. The bakery and supermarket were also within walking distance. The Lungomare, the path that runs all the way to Opatija, is ideal for walking along the coast. You will come across plenty of terraces, beaches (mostly concrete) and villages along the way. It was very nice to stay in Lovran. Thank you Natasha!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was super nice, modernly furnished and equipped with a lot of love for detail. It really had everything you need – from kitchen utensils to cozy extras. You immediately felt comfortable. Especially great was the fantastic garden, which was not only perfect for relaxing, but also enjoyed our dog incredibly well. Communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!

Apartment has a great location, very quiet. The beach is easily accessible by stairs (about 5 - 10 minutes). City center easily accessible on foot, about 10 - 15 min in the center. Opatija itself has everything you could ask for. Live music evening, great well-kept park. Great restaurants (Italian, sushi, classic Croatian, decent with burger, etc. everything available). Supermarket is available in the center. SPAR supermarket also available, but only recommended by car!! On foot you have a lot of stairs in front of you (about a 15 - 20-minute walk). Great and long beach pamphlet for long walks. Lots of great hotels in design. Everything is available for a quite medium-sized city. You're welcome to come back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.
