The gîte is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700 m from the beach, the GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the equestrian club and the "Prévithal" balneotherapy center. From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

1st floor apartment that sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 160 x 200 bed, the other with 2 90 x 190 beds. Kitchen with multi-function oven, refrigerator (freezer box) dishwasher.
