South-facing basement apartment with private entrance and private garden. In a scenic location, without traffic but only 2 minutes to the bus. 12-minute walk to the Goetheanum. Parking is available on the street. The bedroom is very spacious. The TV only has smart TV via the Internet. The kitchen is well equipped but the faucet in the kitchen only has cold water. Hot water is available in the bathroom which is right next to the kitchen. The popular bed is 180 x 220 cm in addition to 2 single beds.

Studio T&C - Where you feel comfortable!

The studio with its own entrance is located on the basement floor of a house in the "Seidentor" residential complex, with a total of 16 condominiums. It has a large window with overhead and outside light. The studio measures just under 20 m², has a sitting area (with sofa bed), a counter and a large double bed. It also has a wet area with its own shower, sink and toilet. There is no cooking facility, but it has a small fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker.

Modern, comfortable and fully equipped: welcome to our studio at Source de l'Ill. The accommodation is located in an old barn within our 19th century Alsatian family home. We've been hosting on Airbnb since 2020 and the cottage has been around for almost 30 years! To enhance your stay, we offer customized wellness massage sessions between 30 and 120 minutes. Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.
