The house is situated on the edge of a small village in the middle of overwhelming nature that invites you to hike and bike and there are swimming, wellness and golf facilities nearby. The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

For couples (double bed) and individuals. Separate entrance via an external staircase (15 steps). The room is beautifully bright due to two panoramic skylights and a glass door.

Quiet accommodation near the city of Zurich with a garage parking space on the seventh floor (2 elevators available) with a view into the distance and into the greenery. Zurich main station is reachable by bus and train in less than 30 minutes, Zurich Airport in 40 minutes. From the bus station to the house it's just a 1 minute walk. There are buses every 30 minutes from 05:30 till midnight.

The house is situated in a small natural oasis in the middle of the city. There is a lot to do and discover. Enjoy the time in the large natural garden, treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the beautiful large natural pool and in the modern sauna house. There is also a wide range of outdoor activities around the house for adventurers. There is definitely something for everyone!

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
