Our gîte, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in Brèville sur mer, in a small hamlet preserved between the sea, 10 minutes' walk away, and the countryside around the gîte. The gîte is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700 m from the beach, the GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the equestrian club and the "Prévithal" balneotherapy center. From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

Welcome to our city center home close to the sea with all the shops nearby. Equipped with a master suite with walk-in shower, another bedroom office dorm with two double beds and a single bed, walk-in shower on the ground floor. Free parking at the end of our alley. 2 adult bicycles and 1 child bicycle from 8 years old are available. You will have toilet paper and a set of bath towels for your first need.
