We had a magical stay at Patrizia and Gigi’s. Thanks to them we lived a very special experience in an absolute breathtaking location. The house is extremely clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. All the amenities and outdoor spaces are really nice. The hosts were very friendly, proactive and accommodating, yet we still enjoyed a lot of privacy and quiet.

The Baita dell'Est is much more than just a place to stay – it is a place full of peace, magic and loving details. The cottage is fantastically located, stylishly furnished and offers a real experience with the whirlpool and the view. We came for the 5th anniversary - and got much more than just a nice place to stay. We have collected memories that will remain. What made this stay so special was Nicola. His cordiality, reliability and tips complemented everything perfectly. You can tell right away: there's a real heart in it. We can especially recommend a breakfast at the Pasticceria Mastai in Chiavenna - heavenly! The surroundings also invite you to explore - nature, small alleys, good food. When you drive up to the cottage you find yourself making your way through a slightly spooky forrest road, initially you wonder where you're going and if you'll drive off the end of the earth! But after a few minutes you arrive at the cottage and it is simply magical. The garden is fantastic, the cottage itself looks like a beautiful hobbit hole and the view is absolutely breath taking. Roberta was there to greet us and she was very kind, charming and extremely helpful. The interior of the cottage is absolutely super. Everything is even better than advertised and the sauna, beautiful shower and hot tub are a luxurious joy to use. This cottage is perfect for 2 people planning a relaxing few days away from the busy cities. Yet within 30 minutes drive you are in the heart of Bergamo for a bit of shopping. Roberta is wonderful and the cottage is a dream. We will 100% be back very soon!

Very quiet location, ideal for relaxing. A very nice little house. We felt very comfortable and for us an ideal starting point for our daily excursions.

This place was perfect for our two nights in Lake Como! Could not beat that view and the hot tub was fantastic after a long day of exploring. Host was easy to reach and had good instructions for check in. Would highly recommend a visit to Orrido di Vezio for a small hike and visit to the castle not too far away. All in all you couldn’t ask for anything more

Exceptional host, exceptional place! We loved our stay in Wild Field Lodge and, as hosts ourselves, greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities available throughout the property. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5, and so it’s tricky to find accommodations that are actually relaxing, let alone loaded with toys and kid entertainment. This place is serene, fun, well equipped, and beautiful. The host’s communication and generosity were outstanding. You can feel the love invested in this property, and that makes for a very special life experience. Highly recommend!

How disconnected can you be from nature? Thanks to Luciano, we were able to understand it. Staying in his accommodation was the perfect opportunity to get closer to nature, animal life, silence, and the coolness of the morning. Walking along the path to reach the hut is like living a magical fairy tale. The place is tidy and extremely clean. Luciano is kind and helpful. His adventure companion, Olèo, a beautiful and very friendly dog. My partner and I needed to get away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city. And the Baita nel Bosco turned out to be the ideal place. We only stayed two nights, but we will definitely be back. This time for longer. Thank you very much Luciano. Our stay at Alp Arami was fantastically beautiful! Exactly what we were looking for and booked. The accommodation was as described: quiet, clean, well equipped (except for frying pan and kitchen knife) and everything worked smoothly. The surroundings are simply magical! Forests, mountains and the soothing sound of cowbells. Perfect for hiking, switching off and letting your soul wander. The journey is a bit adventurous but absolutely feasible for experienced drivers. From the parking lot, a 500m footpath leads uphill to the Rusticco. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. Jana was a wonderful host! Warm, attentive and helpful. You can feel how much joy and love she puts into this special place! We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely come back!

I and my dog spent 3 days there. Katia was a truly wonderful host! She even helped me order pizza, which certainly wouldn't be expected of every host. There are very good excursions, Katia also includes brochures. You can switch off without problems and enjoy privacy. I honestly don't know what else to say... just perfect!! Spectacular location and space! Roberta was a top notch host and was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The house is located in the perfect setting as very easy to get around by bus as well as centrally located to the BoBosco trail system. The house has everything and more that you would need for a night or a week! My suggestions to future travelers would be to grab your groceries in Tenero before coming up the Valley as the local store, while really wonderful, was not very big. Thank you Roberta for a wonderful stay! Grazie!

Staying there was amazing, you have so much nature surrounding you, getting there is a little tricky but with the right car is all worth it! Andrea was really friendly and the place was clean and just like the pictures! Would definitely go again!

This beautiful cottage is in a wonderful location in the forest and we liked living there in nature in simple conditions. We felt partly as if we were in fairy tale land. During the week it was very quiet in the village, on the weekend, as described, some renovation work happened at the neighbors. The area is fantastic for hiking and excursions to the lake or to the Val Grande National Park. The hosts Adolfo and Christina are extremely friendly and helpful. Worth the path.

A beautiful place in the middle of the woods – highly recommended! Alois welcomed us very warmly and was always helpful. He gave us all the important information, so we immediately felt comfortable. The cottage is lovingly furnished and ideal for unwinding and enjoying nature. I'm sure we'll be back!

The apartment is excellent! Very spacious, with all the utilities available. Very comfortable and in a great location especially for those who want to ski in Piani de Bobbio. Few steps from the shuttle to the station. We had a great stay and we wanted to extend our vacation but it was a shame that the apartment was already occupied. Extremely responsive host. Recommend!!!

The accommodation is beautifully located in the Valle di Mello and for the children the surroundings are great for playing.

I don't want to say anything good about this place for fear of not having places for next year😁. As you can see, this is a great place to stay but especially great hosts. The setting is idyllic, located at an equal distance from Lago di Lugano and Lago di Como. A raised car is very useful for passing the cobblestone path. Claudia and Luca's place has everything you need to spend time with the family and decompress. Claudia and Luca are very thoughtful hosts who answer all our questions quickly. ( This was helpful due to a car issue.) The horses were a plus for my daughter who was delighted to be able to take care of them with Claudia. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for calm, beautiful scenery, great hosts, and located 20 minutes from the great Italian lakes. What more could you ask for? 😉

the place is ENCHANTING; it feels like going back in time, in fact, to stop the hustle and bustle of these chaotic and difficult days for a while. The cabin is perfectly tidy with everything you need for a peaceful stay. A special thank you to Mrs. Maggiorina for her hospitality, tips and stories about the pasture.

Great place to stay for some peace and quiet. Very rustic feeling. Also be ready for some improvisation since electricity isn‘t guaranteed and you may need to improvise a fridge to keep food cold or have dinner in the company of a cozy gas light. All in all a great place to stay and Maru was super friendly and helpful

Really enjoyed our stay here! Quiet, peaceful, very private!! Very cool yard space for the kids or dog to explore, pastoral neighboring space, and the fireflies were amazing! Highly recommended!
