The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Beautiful, former and beautifully converted laundry house in the well-kept plot of Villa Belmonte in an exclusive location. Cosy garden with sun loungers and stone table with adjoining vineyard. Fantastic views over Bellinzona to Cannobio (It), from the lake to far into the mountains. Very quiet, peaceful place, ideal for lingering and relaxing. During the winter months it can get chilly in the house as it is not winterproof insulated. (Sweaters & finches a must).

Alison is an amazing host! She was like our private tour guide. She helped in every way, with bus, train, locations, restaurants every day-she helped. The best airbnb we have ever stayed! Alison and her husband hosted us in their home! The first night she prepared a cheese tray and wine after picking us up at the train station! She shopped for us! She planned trips for us. She drove us many places! Very kind, helpful, loving, generous and knowledgeable!!🙏♥️ we are so grateful to Alison and Keith! Memories of a lifetime!

I was already in the apartment last year. The apartment is nice and very suitable for 1-2 people. Everything is available. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. Air conditioning, helpful in the hot summer. Bus station in front of the house, you can quickly get down to Locarno. There is a parking disc available for guests with a car, so you can park on the street. From Locarno, you can take the train and bus to all the valleys of Ticino and also to Italy. Even in a high location, the PostAuto drives. During the day, the car traffic is a bit disturbing with the balcony door open, but at night it is quiet. Emanule, although living in the Innerscheiz, was always "present" in the positive sense. Quick replies, great helpfulness.

We were with 6 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs for 5 days in the apartment of Anna Maria, who is super nice. The location and the resulting view are picturesque. The apartment is as in the pictures and very comfortable. We quickly felt very comfortable. A positive surprise was the small waterfall down the street, where you can cool off on hot days. We drove to the public beach in Ascona in about 10 minutes, which was great for us. The children were also able to enjoy the small garden. The cleanliness was not quite perfect, the refrigerator was dirty, as well as some dishes, but we cleaned them ourselves briefly. I think if someone is so accommodating as to allow strangers to enter, you can certainly accept minor compromises. But as I said, it did not detract from the feeling of well-being and comfort. I would recommend the apartment and would also like to go on vacation there again.
