Incredible place to stay with great amenities

Best host very friendly an very helpful an polite couldn’t ask for a better person than Carl he went above and beyond for us i would recommend his place to anyone!

Very nice clean place. Easy to locate and close to shopping and restaurants. Spacious home very nicely decorated with nice details. Space is large and would accommodate a large family. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in this area.

This is a great place to stay if you are in the Johnson City area. The home is well laid out, extremely clean, and in a nice, interesting neighborhood. It was easy to find, and the office nook and toy chest were pleasant surprises for the kids. The porch is really nice also, and the beds are quite comfortable. Thank you!

Such. A cute house, decor was awesome. Perfect for our needs. Backyard was perfect- we built a fire and enjoyed a relaxing evening! Had coffee on front porch and was so close to everything we needed. So happy to bring our four legged family member!

A wonderful home in a beautiful area! Adeline was very helpful and responsive to any questions. Overall a great host, a great house and a great trip. a little traveling to see some amazing things and enjoy a bit of what Tennessee had to offer. The house was clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee and seasonings. plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. Our only wish would have been if there was a grill we could have used on the deck for a little cookout. but that being said, it didn't take away from our stay at all. We can't wait to come back! and hopefully for a longer stay!

We were not able to get a room at the nearby Marriott resort and conference center but as it turns out, that was a lucky break because we got to stay close by at this place. Perfect for two of us, plenty of room and amenities and much more economical option than the conference center.

Absolutely beautiful view from the front porch. I could have sat there all day. The host did a great job preserving the rustic feeling while incorporating modern amenities. So many of the tiny details reminded me of visiting my Grandparents back in the day.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s cabin! The cabin was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for our getaway. Matt was fantastic at communicating, he responded quickly and provided great recommendations about the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks, Matt!

The tree top cabin was a nice place to get away for a vacation to the area. It sits close to Boone as well as a few other small towns. It’s a perfect place to get away in a quiet area. We made sure to get our moneys worth from the pool and other amenities in the area. I would definitely recommend this cabin in the trees to others and could easily see myself booking it again.

Great peaceful place to stay. We had an absolute blast while we were there. It is absolutely beautiful. Lance was a great host and made you feel right at home. You would never even know he was there if he hadn’t come out and met you the place is absolutely beautiful if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, you can’t go wrong staying here. It is beautiful. Words can’t describe how beautiful it was there and what was even more amazing two jets flew right over where we were staying at at a very low altitude. I meant words can’t describe when you see that and also the wildlife was everywhere. A deer walked up within 20 feet of us. We loved our stay and we were going back in October.

Just back from our granddaughter’s graduation from ETSU and all we have to say is - Just a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing space for the family to get together and enjoy each other. The amenities were spot on. Fully furnished kitchen made our in home dining experience a breeze. The whole decor was just amazing! We loved the comfortable feel throughout the home. The indoor heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. My wife loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. All of the bedrooms had amazing comfortable bedding. The private outdoor setting with wrap around porch with plenty of rocking chairs and a beautiful view made for a relaxing evening of great fellowship. Overall everything with this home was over the top and we loved our experience. Our only regret was that we only got to spend three days here. Next time we are booking a week and truly enjoying all it has to offer.

This place surpassed our expectations! It was cozy, comfortable and we felt right at home due to our host’s warm hospitality. They went above and beyond! The pool area is beautiful and the furniture is so comfortable. The views are spectacular!!! We loved watching the chickens and enjoyed the farm fresh eggs. We also loved watching the horses in surrounding fields, the family’s horse, Lily, and donkey, Lucy. The flower garden was so beautiful. When I expressed how much I loved the hydrangeas and double pink chiffon Rose of Sharon, the hosts readily offered to let me take some cuttings with me. I also was allowed to cut some fresh flowers and lemon Basil. I was just so happy with the entire family farm experience…so relaxing and a breath of fresh air! My first Airbnb experience; but, certainly not my last if I travel again. So much better than a hotel! I honestly want to visit here again!! So thankful for this experience!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Abril and Christophers place. Location was great for access to the mountain biking trails.

Very nice peaceful place, great for a family get together. 35 minutes to Boone. Beautiful home. We really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend it. Host is very responsive.

Me and my husband loved Mary’s place! It was spotless inside and the bed was increasingly comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both extremely clean as well. Mary also went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. It’s a beautiful area with lots to do but her home felt like a private sanctuary - I’ve already recommended it to a few of my family and friends :)

Great location close to town, but outside the noise. Birds in the morning, could watch the clouds from the huge deck all day. Fire table was perfect after a rainy day of hiking. Board games, TV, hope to stay longer next time!

Beautiful property, easy access and walkable trails. House is immaculate- beds and bedding make for a restful rest. Several running streams - outside deck overlooks a babbling brook. This my 3rd visit - love this Cabin.

Had a lot of fun, dogs loved the creek in the backyard. Some awesome hiking walking distance from the house. Would love to come stay again

This is hands down the cleanest Airbnb apartment we have ever stayed in. The bathroom and kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook a meal/relax in the bathtub if you so desire. It has an air conditioner that kept the place very cool for sleeping. But, let's talk about this mattress on the bed!! OH MY GOD best mattress Ive ever slept on away from home. We saw cardinals, robins, blue jays, starlings, finches, wrens, brown thrushes, and a group of baby squirrels in the back yard. The kitchen was just right. The house itself was so cool! The towels were big and fluffy and smelled wonderful. The washer and dryer worked great and were a huge help. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were in Bristol for the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals. We were later getting to the track and the house was so close to the speedway that we could hear the top fuel runs- which was great. Our dog is large and has lots of energy, but the yard is so big it tired even him out. The coolest thing of all was Stephen's music room! He had instruments, artwork from his best friend ( who we met, who was awesome) games, books, dog toys, kid toys, we LOVED that room! Stephen, you are a wonderful host with a wonderful house. I hope you let us come back and rent it again soon.

What a gem! The treehouse is adorable and so unique. It is peaceful and fully stocked. There were farm fresh eggs, things to make smores,a fully stocked kitchen and fridge, and all the amenities needed. This is the first airbnb I've stayed at where I didn't have to go out to purchase groceries, etc. The home is comfy and has a homey feel. Cathy is amazing! She gave great instructions and was so quick to answer any questions. I left things behind and she quickly mailed them to me. Can't say enough how great this place is and how wonderful the host is!

The “Secret Society Room” was of great interest. That’s all I’ll say but you should book it you get to Bristol VA. Site was as described, very convenient to anywhere we had to go, and Brooke kept us informed about our booking from Day One.
