One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die Seilbahnverbindung zur Plose befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist somit ideal für Wander- und Sportfreunde sei es im Sommer wie auch im Winter - auch mit "Öffis" erreichbar. Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, aber inmitten der Natur, in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus, dem Glunhof: im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren etwa in die nahegelegenen Dolomiten, im Winter ein perfekter Standort für Wintersportler; das bekannte Grödnertal beispielsweise liegt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Künstlerstädchen Klausen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten über den Radweg erreichbar.

Newly renovated apartment for 4-6 people with three double bedrooms, kitchen and balcony overlooking the Dolomites. Upon arrival, we also give you the BrixenCard with which you can access many offers in the area and travel for free on public transport services throughout South Tyrol. The price includes all services except the tourist tax, which is €2.40 per person per day.

In the heart of the episcopal city of Bressanone (Brixen), in a central spot close to the enchanting old town, you will find the apartment house "Nice Living". The 58 m² apartment "Nice 2" consists of an open living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, one well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom. The modern apartment overlooks the alleys of the city and can accommodate up to 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower and bidet. The apartment faces west and north, with a north-facing balcony. BrixenCard is included.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
