Absolutely lovely stay, great for having a cosy place to settle if you’re out and about for the day & great if you have dogs as well with the surroundings! Just perfect! Everything you need and more

Rachel accommodated us to stay in her annex less than 24 hours before our booking which was amazing. She was very friendly and the place was lovely. Great access to a private terrace area and we were able to use the shared pool which was nice and warm! Within 20 mins from a lovely beach and lots to explore in the local area

Cley is a great location, quiet but with enough to do and good places to eat within walking distance. We ate at the Three Swallows twice. The Coasthopper bus stops a few minutes away and Blakeney is within walking distance if you do not wish to drive. Clare was a great host, friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was perfect for two, warm and very clean, with a very well equipped kitchen for cooking proper meals, and a super bathroom. We have enjoyed many holidays in North Norfolk and would not hesitate to book the Old Stables again.

Wonderful to spend a couple of nights in this charming cottage. It's a perfect base for exploring the area and visiting the coast. The village is beautiful and peaceful, and the cottage itself is a lovely place to relax. Our 18 month old also really enjoyed the garden, and Francoise was really accommodating of him - with cot and high chair set up for our arrival. Highly recommended.

What a lovely, lovely stay. Had the nicest time this week. Erna was so lovely and left plenty of goodies for me when I arrived. Room was immaculate and in such a good location, with shops just round the corner. Thank you so much will definitely stay again :)

My mum had a great stay at Erna’s accommodation. It was a home from home! It was spotless, cosy and comfortable. Check in and check out was smooth. Erna was very responsive with communicating, both the instructions for check in and providing photos. She left a beautiful breakfast ready for the morning. Thank you!

My second time at Nicky's....excellent...the only thing is that the house is on a country road and satnav (both Google and Apple) are incorrect with the directions...and coming back late in the pitch-black - no street lights - can be challenging. Nicky solved it the second night by putting out a light!

Lovely, convenient little apartment in the countryside. It was clean and with all the required amenities - the little extras of tea, coffee, seasoning and milk in the kitchen, and shampoo in the bathroom where hugely appreciated. The possible issue to flag is that the WiFi really isn't very good. It wasn't an issue for me but could be for others. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seaside Nook. Dawn & Graham are truly amazing hosts, very accommodating and with a lot of welcome advice about places to visit. The Nook was immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable; we appreciated the coffee pods and snacks waiting for us. Local recommendations: walks on local sandy beaches, seeing seals at Horsey Gap, a boat trip on the broads and an excellent lunch at Kings Arms in Fleggburgh.

A five star plus place to stay always very clean a well stocked fridge a great bowl of fruit and lots of extras. It's just up the road from the town buses and two train stations. Malcolm and Sam go above and beyond what is expected it's the place to stay if you visit Sheringham.

A beautiful slice of the countryside. Very private as you have a separate entrance and area, but it was also lovely to meet Em and L who are very proactive with messaging and making sure we were happy and comfortable. There's a pub directly across the road, as well as a cafe, but the place has absolutely everything you could want on site, if you prefer staying there. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay at Figgy Barn. 100% recommend, as we hope to come back ourselves.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as was described. Although the only cooking facilities was a toaster and microwave, for what we needed it was ample and we left our washing up each day and by the next day it was all back clean. The place was clean and Aline was very friendly. Anything we had a query on she dealt with straight away. The dogs were also friendly and a joy. We would certainly recommend a stay.

Richard’s place, little acorn, was more than expected. Such a lovely well appointed place, spotlessly clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. Being on the edge of the village it is very peaceful with a lovely garden to appreciate. I would highly recommend Little Acorn and hope to return in the future.

Absolutely lovely property in an idyllic peaceful rural setting but still convenient for getting to places of interest in all directions. Dawn was super friendly and responsive helping in advance, including through an email outage we experienced, and it was a real pleasure to meet her and George when we were at the property. A fabulous property.

We had a nice stay at the annexe, it was cosy and well equipped, it had everything we needed for our stay. Really nice touch with breakfast items, milk juice provided. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, we will have no hesitation to book again

Very impressed with accommodation, and also very helpful with the area also, never seen such a clean property and they left us some food supplies to get us going. the ergonomics are well thought out, housed four of us no issue. couldn't be happier especially with such short notice. worth it!

Lovely property in a beautiful location overlooking the Broads. Very peaceful and relaxing. Ali and Tim were very friendly and welcoming, always responsive to any queries and couldn't have been more helpful. The property itself was squeaky clean and nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Cannot recommend highly enough! And not forgetting the lovely little dog whose name escapes me who was also very friendly and came to greet us at the gate after our days out :)

honestly, this is one of our favourite air bnbs. everything and I mean everything has been thought of and is provided for your stay. it's super clean and tidy, comfy- perfect. 5 stars everytime. we will stay again 😁

Really lovely cosy annex with beautiful views and sunsets. The bed was really comfortable and there was everything we needed. We will definitely return.

Of all our airbnb stays to date Richard's place was the best! we had an upgrade because the place we originally booked was not available for our extended stay so had DAIRY FARM LODGE and it was home from home and a great place for my partner, myself and our little dog! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to be able to achieve our self catering goal, something that is very important to us! The bathroom was lovely with a walk-in shower which is also very important!! Richard absolutely made our stay memorable, always ready to help and he put us in touch with very useful contacts. Contacts which we desperately needed to achieve our goal of getting a friend's bungalow ready to come home to after a leg amputation! I would highly recommend Richard as a host for all of his properties!!
