It was a total pleasure staying at Gillian and Wayne’s! They were great hosts, always responsive and helpful. The place was spotless and very well presented! Gillian and Wayne also left lots of useful information around the house to make our stay as convenient as possible. The place was filled with plenty of supplies and the hosts even left us cookies and a bottles of Prosecco to enjoy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a peaceful beachside retreat!

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at Diana's place - the annexe was wonderfully done and felt really new. The place was also exceptionally clean. Diana was super lovely and welcoming. Me and my partner felt like we were staying at a home away from home while exploring around Dorset.

The Studio was exactly as described and perfect for 2 people to stay in comfort and privacy. The hosts were lovely and friendly with helpful ideas for things to do and how to get the most out of the area. The property itself was spotlessly clean, with lovely flowers, cake, eggs and milk on arrival. The bed was super comfy and the whole place felt like time and care had been taken creating a wonderful experience for their guests. WiFi was good and The Studio felt like home. The pool table and table tennis in the games room were a great added extra and there is also an extensive library of books and DVD’s should you wish to make use of them. I would have no hesitation recommending this to anyone looking for a comfortable and cosy base to explore all that The Jurassic Coast had to offer. We will definitely be back when the opportunity arises. Super hosts who alllowed us to check out late as they had a gap in their booking schedule which was really appreciated.

We had the perfect and most relaxing holiday. Such a beautiful cottage with perfect little touches - from fresh eggs, flowers, scones, to the cottage having all amenities we could need (games, well stocked kitchen, stair gate, high chair, wellies, umbrella, blankets etc). A relaxing, tranquil home from home on the most wonderful farm with the most stunning garden. Our little one loved the sheep and geese - Tessa the host was so wonderful with local recommendations and helpful with anything we needed. Perfectly located for Bridport, Charmouth, Lyme Regis, Jarassic Coast, Weymouth etc. We will absolutely be back. Thank you!

What can we say apart from we will be back. It was a beautiful little hut, exceptionally clean bathrooms and just a cozy slice of heaven. She was so attentive and even gave me some extra teabags as I forgot to bring some from home. From the bubbles waiting in the fridge to the warm welcome we recieved - I cannot thank Sally enough. We had a magical couple of days and could quite of easily stayed there for a whole week!!

We enjoyed our stay at Jonathan's cottage. Well equipped and comfortable with a lovely garden and surroundings. As made clear in the description, it is not for those with mobility issues, as access from the lane is up a number of steps or via a sloping path. Indoors the stairs up from the kitchen are so cute and cottagey but a little steep. We didn't mind as we loved the old, quirky feel to the place. Great place for good walks straight from the door in different directions. Jonathan was a very responsive and helpful host. Thank you.

The hosts were very friendly, helpful and they gave recommendations about local facilities. The Shepherd's hut was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The EV charger was very easy to use and we could use it whenever we wanted to. It is a beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful; we enjoyed watching the birds and the pretty garden. We found plenty to do in the area and would love to return one day.

Where to begin? A small piece of paradise I think comes close! Eddie and Becks were super hosts, warm, welcoming and full of great advice and recommendations. The farm is in an idyllic location, yet only a couple of miles from the sea. Peaceful, quiet and the best place to unwind and explore. The cricket pavilion is a charming , rustic and well equipped bolthole for a couple or small family to enjoy. Dennis the Cockerpoo had the time of his life exploring and playing with his toys in the garden. The local pubs are great and the local beaches are excellent. We had a special dinner in the Ilchester Arms in neighbouring Symondsbury and hours of countryside walks in the hills surrounding. The local farm shop is an absolute gem of a place. The best of Dorset is a short drive in the car away. There is so much more I could add and we are definitely looking to return there for more Dorset heaven.
