Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Temidden van de Waterlandse natuur maak je een van de mooie fietstochten, of stap je vanaf het terras in een kano voor een tochtje door het natuurgebied Varkensland. Het huisje is brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, met goed uitgeruste keuken, eigen terras en parkeerplek. Wakker worden door het geluid van de vogeltjes, zo vier je ontspannen vakantie in Waterland, vlakbij de stad

Kom tot rust en geniet van het geweldige uitzicht over het prachtige natuurgebied Het Twiske. Langs een naastgelegen wandelpad kunt u Het Twiske per voet ontdekken. Hier kunt u genieten van de natuur, ontspannen op één van de stranden, zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen, vogels spotten en kanoën. Bijzondere locaties zoals Amsterdam, Volendam en de Zaanse Schans zijn bereikbaar op 20 min afstand. Het gastenverblijf is nieuw en heeft alles wat u nodig zult hebben. Gratis parkeren voor de deur.

Welkom in deze voormalige brandweer kazerne welke nu een lux- en modern huis is voor zowel kort- als lang verblijf. Dit vrijstaande huis met parkeergelegenheid ligt op een van de mooiste plekjes van het dorp. Het huis heeft een ruime en comfortabele woonkamer met een volledige uitgeruste keuken, een ruime badkamer met een apart toilet en heeft alle gemakken die men nodig heeft, waaronder handdoeken en uw verse espresso in de ochtend. Ons huis is rookvrij, drugs en feestvrij.

In the old center of characteristic and unique Broek in Waterland in a barn rebuilt in 2017 behind the farm. Entirely private home with access (self check-in). Split-level with private garden. Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hang and lay. WiFi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10.00 per bicycle per day.

Everything you need is provided, so you can pack light! You have a private entrance and garden. Across the dike is the water – great for a refreshing swim! Free parking, bike storage, and a well-connected location. The nearby road offers quick access to the city and may bring occasional traffic noise.

Are you tired of the city? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

Charming fisherman's cottage

In the oldest part of the famous fishing village Volendam, you’ll find this charming cottage. The oldest part was built in 1890. The 19th century styled living room gives a cozy (or as the Dutch say "gezellig") feel to your stay. There is WIFI in the cottage. The cottage is ideal for two people, but there is ample space for a third person (adult or 2 children when max. age of 6), to sleep in a typically Dutch 'bedstee' on the ground floor.

The Practice

A lovely luxury accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam city center. It is a five-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is completely private with a terrace all around and a beautiful garden with three places to sit. Fenced all around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for small children.

Enjoy our brand new built but oh so cozy tiny house in our backyard. Very comfortable for two people. In the beautiful Watergang, near Amsterdam and in the middle of the beautiful Waterland in Noord Holland. With the express bus at 500 m walking distance, you are at Amsterdam Noord metro station in 5 minutes. Or walk along the boot trail through the meadows to Broek in Waterland for an old-fashioned pancake.
