A very lovely accommodation at the heart of Birmingham, close to every amenities, 1 minute walk to bus and tram. The best I have ever been so far.

This is a very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a long-term stay. The area is quite lively and can be noisy on weekend nights, but other than that it’s peaceful most of the time . The location is very good as it is close to everything and walkable to everything . The bed was comfortable. The linens were fresh. The bathroom is large and has plenty of hot water. The washer dryer works perfectly in the kitchen has everything you need to provide meals for yourself or your family.

Very nice place to stay with friends. All as described, looks better than in the pictures. Spare bedding available if someone wants to sleep in the living room. Eeasy check in and out and very helpful and responsive host. I would be using this host again! Thank you!

This is a fantastic apartment. I was really impressed with the whole place. Beds are really comfortable and you can really tell Saman has gone above and beyond to make sure his guests have a fantastic stay. I loved all the extra little touches through the apartment. the rooms are really big and spacious and the bathroom was simply stunning. I would highly recommend staying here. I know I will again. thanks again Saman for all your help its very much appreciated.

This apartment is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Its location is highly convenient, situated close to a supermarket, tram stop, and train station. Additionally, there are numerous excellent restaurants and bars nearby. Overall, it is a wonderful and valuable place to stay.

The property had everything as described. Comfortable bed was a highlight. Kitchen had everything I needed to home cook. Met all expectations.

My friends and I stayed here as had booked a concert at the Utilita. The air b&b was exactly how it was described. It is in walking distance from a lot of restaurants and bars. It was perfect for what we wanted. Would stay again.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cyril's apartment in Birmingham City Centre! The location was perfect – right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping areas, and major attractions like the Bullring and Grand Central. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for a few home-cooked meals. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi . The building was secure and quiet, which added to the overall great experience. Cyril was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. He was able to quickly provide me with what I needed in the apartment which made me feel extra welcome. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Birmingham and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic location, really clean and with all the features we needed

Whoever books this house will not be disappointed. The house is perfect for a quiet getaway. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Local village is a 15 minute walk with 2 wonderful and friendly pubs, serving great food. There is also a convenience store selling groceries etc. I highly recommend All Saints Barn.

Amijinder was an excellent host, very responsive and amenable to our requests for booking a late checkout and sorting out all of pur questions. The property was perfect for our needs, near a family wedding venue, and had all the necessary amenities. The property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

We had a wonderful time at Tess's place. The house is beautiful and fitted with all of the things you need for a great stay - big comfortable beds, a dining table we could all fit around and plenty of snug areas to relax in. The surrounding area is great for lovely long walks which we made the most of during our stay. I couldn't recommend this place more for a weekend away. Tess is very communicative and a lovely host.

Really lovely stay. As stated, this is the owners' home, so the property was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could need, as well as plush new sofas, carpet and mattresses when we visited. A luxury feel throughout, with considerate touches (e.g. water bottles and glasses on trays in bedrooms, huge bath towels, little treat on arrival and food to get started in fridge), making us feel "well-hosted"! I found the instructions and labels very helpful and there was a spirit of welcoming and generosity from Christine. We settled in quickly and were very comfortable. Very spacious rooms, great shower pressure (only used upstairs), parking available on the drive and road, lovely area with nearby parks and playgrounds for kids; two TVs in two separate living areas, so handy if you have kids and adults with different tastes/needing more space! Always swift communication and a pleasure to deal with.

New build house so modern and well laid out. Gym is a great feature and well equipped. Kitchen is good and plenty of equipment to cook up meals (including a double oven and double air fryer). As with all modern builds walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper take precautions to avoid being woken by your friends. On a cul-de-sac so quiet yet convenient to get out onto the Telford Road network. Ironbridge and Telford Town Park both within easy walking distance. We enjoyed the hot-tub and afternoon sun after exploring. The neighbours are very friendly and Restaurant 1840 (5-10 min walk) is highly recommended.

This property is fantastic. 4 of us were here for work and some people slept so fantastic because of the comfort and privacy afforded by this beautiful place. The host was very accommodating and made it easy to extend our stay. The process could not have been any better. This was top notch.

We stayed here the night before my sisters wedding at Mill Barns. The home was perfect for everything we needed, hair and makeup and all the prep needed before her big day ! Fanda was very responsive to all my queries and replied very quickly. Fanda also made some recommendations of places to eat the night before that were near by, which was very helpful. The home is only a 15 minute drive to the venue which was absolutely perfect ! Everything about our stay was perfect for what we needed - thank you !
