You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

We welcome you, on the first floor of a luxury house, in a 25 m² furnished studio, completely independent, a few minutes from the historic center of Dinan, and a 2-minute walk from the Les Alleux business center, located in a very quiet area. Nature lovers. On the Rennes/Saint Brieuc road axis (access to the 4x2 lanes 2 km away). Accommodation not overlooked, with 800 m2 of land. On the south side, a terrace and a fully fenced and secure yard for children or our four-legged friends. On request, you can have the joy and responsibility of taking care of a farm animal (rabbit, chicken, quail or guinea pig) for the time of your stay. Close to Dinan, Rennes, St Brieuc, Mont Saint Michel, Broceliande Forest.

Quiet is guaranteed and sometimes deer are in the garden at dawn or dusk.

Guests can enjoy a south-facing terrace at the front of the property.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
