The same path will lead you to the village, to several nodes of hiking trails, to the information center of the Forests of the Czech Republic, to the shop (270 m), to the restaurant (315 m) and to the children's playground (230 m).

Cozy comfy house near Prague

This house was the perfect place to relax! As soon as we arrived, we noticed how bright, airy and thoughtfully decorated. Each room feels warm and cozy, so we instantly felt at home here. A big plus was also a fully equipped kitchen where we could comfortably prepare a meal. A huge bonus was a small gym right in the house – a great option as well as get some exercise during your stay. And when we wanted to relax, there was Netflix available on the TV, which we enjoyed a lot in the evening. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to help and give advice. The entire stay went smoothly, in a beautiful and peaceful environment where we could really relax. A great advantage is also great accessibility – the highway leads directly to Prague and the journey takes about 40 minutes, which makes this place an ideal choice also for those who want to have the capital within reach. Definitely recommend and would love to come back in the future! Thanks for a great experience,

Super nice home in a quiet village. The villa is in original condition really very nice, the garden is amazing. The host is super friendly and helpful and asks more often if everything is to your liking. Our 2 dogs loved the garden. I enjoyed a campfire with my son, there is a fire pit and plenty of wood. I really recommend this house. There was even drinks available for us on arrival and the host had made bites. There is everything in the house, even coffee beans for the large coffee machine, which makes delicious coffee. There is much to do in the area and the host has many tips for you. I can keep writing, you have to experience it yourself, for us it was a dream vacation. Thanks again Pavel. We will be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It is located in a quiet location, it is a short drive to the city. We had everything we needed in the accommodation and the host responded quickly when needed. We also received a local recommendation for the great Lívanec bistro, where we went in the morning and were extremely satisfied. We would definitely like to come again. Highly recommended!👌🏼😍

Effortless parking by the house (enough capacity). Check-in hassle-free. Very good communication with the landlord through the AirBnB app and via mobile. A ground apartment in a good location - a shop in the house, opposite the petrol station. The apartment is a little smaller, but it was warm, everything was clean. Extremely well-equipped kitchen in terms of utensils, functional microwave, toaster, fridge, stove, large kitchen, dining table for 4 people. Large TV in the living room with DVD movies (I didn't use), many books for reading. Nice view from the loft window. The apartment was very calm and quiet, there is a door to the hallway of the apartment, so the noise from the hallway is completely eliminated at night. The apartment had a lot of stuff in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom for me, but that's a matter of opinion and habit ;) This felt chaotic. Otherwise, I'm happy and I can imagine using the place in the future.
