With 40m2 of floor space, 1 bedroom and bathroom, a living room with a large double sofa bed and a kitchen, there is plenty of space for both socializing and enjoying your own privacy. This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

Near the old city of Labin there is a tiny village called Sv.Lovreč Labinski where you can enjoy in nice little apartment. The apartment has one big bed for 2 and 2 extra beds. Close to the apartment there is a big garden full of plants and colorful flowers perfect for children playground. We are located 2 km away from the Auto Camp Tunarica which you can see on the pictures ,12 km from Labin and 15 km from Rabac where you can find a lot of beautiful beaches ,restaurants ,shops....ect .

Pogodno za 2 odrasle osobe sa djetetom, krevet 160x200 i kauč koji se izvlači u ležaj 140x200. Do posjeda se može doći "normalnim" automobilom, a parking je na 50 metara od kuće.
