Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Vor der Eingangstür lädt ein kleiner Sitzbereich zum Verweilen ein. Zum Wäsche waschen/trocknen steht ein Waschtrockner zur Verfügung. Hand-/Küchenhandtücher und Bettwäsche liegen zur Nutzung bereit. Ein Parkplatz ist in direkter Wohnungsnähe problemlos zu finden. Das Unterstellen von Fahrrädern ist nach Rücksprache möglich.

The terrace with a small garden offers additional space and in the evening you sit there and enjoy the last ray of sunshine and let the day end. Frankfurt airport: 28km, Frankfurt fair 37km.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as a dryer.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang und eine schöne Terasse mit Blick in den Garten.

The approximately 78 m² 3-room apartment is fully furnished. Almost all furniture and electrical devices were newly purchased in 2023. The bathroom was newly renovated in early 2023. Bus and train connections to Hanau, Frankfurt am Main or the airport are within walking distance in a few minutes. Dogs are allowed after consultation with the host. Families with children and bikers are welcome. The mopeds can safely park in the yard.
