The accommodation has a private entrance, hall with toilet, living room/kitchen and on the upper floor a bedroom with a luxury bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. You enter the bedroom through this living room. Behind a comfortable double bed you will see a photo wall of the former Staatsmijn Hendrik. Even the night lights are made from original miners helmets. Behind the bedroom is the bathroom and finally a small private garden .

The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.
