A home away from home1

I live in a 4 1/2-room apartment in a quiet (normally), clean and safe suburb of Zurich. on the second (feels like third) floor with balcony, no elevator. Easily reachable by public transportation (every 15 minutes by day and 30 minutes in the evening). Night trains on Friday and Saturday. About 30 Minutes from the main station (if you follow the instructions and already have a tricket!). About 10 minutes to walk from public transportation.

Our studio is located at the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in wardrobe provides enough storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bathroom completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio includes a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.

New spacious studio suite on 24 m² with fully equipped kitchenette including 4 hobs, washing machine and tumble dryer and sitting area, box-spring bed, free high-speed WLAN, iron and ironing board and soundproofed window. The location of the house is very quiet and in the nearby forest you can walk or jog. The airport is 10 minutes by bus and Zurich is 15 minutes. Parking is at your disposal. 10 different restaurants. Excellent location for guests arriving late at the airport or departing early.
