Once inside, you'll enjoy a spacious 1 BR/1BA suite, including a living space appointed with table, sleeper sofa, & kitchenette. Walk right out the door to public trails-just steps from the Arkansas River, a very short walk to the South Main development, & walkable to Main St. This space has it all! (except a TV :))

Explore 35+ wooded acres surrounded by national forest in the Rocky Mountains. A wonderful place for couples, friends, & solo travelers to relax or adventure in a modern cabin cut into a rock wall <15 mins from Salida, CO. We designed the Rock Room with 6 floor to ceiling windows and an automatic garage door that opens up to a rock wall and your private covered balcony which overlooks national forest on both sides. Relax, Rejuvenate, Rejoice, in this spacious lock-off suite with private entrance, located on a beautiful golf course, close to downtown & surrounded by mountain views. Famous Mt. Princeton Hot Springs just 15 minutes away and Cottonwood Hot Springs just up the road. Includes a separate sitting room & private deck with hot tub & BBQ plus many more amenities. For your convenience there is also a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The entire space was completely remodeled in 2017.

Colorado Cottage

Come join us on our secluded 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. This cottage is unique with custom tile work, and hand made barn doors. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property while you sip on a good ol' cup-a-joe. Your host family lives on property and is happy to help should you need anything, while ensuring that you have the privacy you'd like. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats due to other guests allergies.
