I loved this house very much like home clean peaceful loving neighborhood and Mr.Cole was very great Host very understanding again my mom is elderly and made her last trip to Iowa and was able to have a home felt place to be able to fellowship with her kids and her siblings Thank you so Much ☺️

Cari was very easy to work with and understanding of how are plans were changing do to airline cancelations and rescheduling of flights for the youngest graduation of college She allowed us celebrate and enjoy our stay worry free!

Negatives: floors were not super clean, could not get more than the originating device logged into wifi, and TV set up spent more time loading than broadcasting. Positives: loved it was pet friendly and reasonably priced, super quiet and friendly neighborhood, super responsive host. It was clear to us upgrades have been made since past visits/reviews, size and location for us was perfect! more than enough places to put all your things...(ex, cloths, bath needs, luggage storage, etc....)....Overall, super glad this was the pic for us! would recommend for other and will most definitely return when we visit our local family! Wishes: Had boards on back deck fixed, more TP for folks that are short stays, outdoor chairs...none of this is life or death....would just be nice to enjoy the neighborhood and outdoor space.
