Charming Buffalo neighborhood with food and drinks close by. We took a lovely evening stroll to town on our last night. The whole stay was comfortable and definitely recommendable.

Jill and Craig have an absolutely perfect space for tourists visiting the Buffalo area. The unit was extremely clean and they have considered every detail from bath supplies to small fans to board games. I loved that they left instructions for individual items around the apartment, gave very detailed instructions for checking in and out, and checked in with us a couple times during our stay. I will go straight to this listing if I am looking for a place in Buffalo again.

We had a fantastic stay at Audrey & Nick’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We were in town to see family, and this was the perfect home base. The space was even better than expected—beautifully maintained and in a great location. Audrey & Nick were wonderful hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely want to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Cheryl's place was beautiful and welcoming. There was a welcome basket in the kitchen with Niagara water and snacks, a basket in the bathroom with small Kleenex and sanitizer, and a welcome note on a chalkboard with our names. Everything was well stocked. The welcome binder had maps with everything from restaurants to nearby hospitals. When our arrival was delayed, Cheryl turned on extra lights so we could easily find our way. I would caution that the stairs were quite steep for us to get our large suitcases up. My only complaint is when hosts leave a list of checkout cleaning jobs. We had to get up early to catch a flight and had to plan extra time to take sheets off bed and take trash out. If I pay a cleaning fee, I shouldn't have to do the cleaning at 5:15am before checking out. Other than the cleaning checkout requirements, I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl's place.

The host has clearly put a lot of thought into creating a cozy atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. The decor is stylish yet comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail, from the fresh linens to the well-stocked kitchen. It's evident that the host takes pride in maintaining the property to high standards. Location-wise, it's ideal—convenient to local attractions while still being in a peaceful neighborhood. I had a wonderful time and felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely book this place again and encourage anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting getaway to consider it!

This was our first stay at an Airbnb and I totally understand why people love them! Bridget's place is a cozy upstairs apartment. I lived in one years ago and it was fun feeling the nostalgia of apartment living again! (This place is MUCH nicer than the one I lived in though!) It was very clean, no hair hiding behind the toilet like in most hotels. The decor is neutral yet inviting. We didn't notice the noise much from the road and enjoyed the river view from the porch. Bridget is a very responsive host with clear instructions on how to check in and out. We were close to the falls and downtown Buffalo without much traffic issues. The apartment is very well stocked with all the essentials. The only suggestion I would have is maybe plastic or hard surface patio chairs. This is only because the bird droppings from the trees above. We were able to get them mostly clean before sitting, but hard surface would clean easier. We had a blast playing the 80/90s trivia game supplies in the closet!

Ryan's place was clean and inviting. We greatly appreciated how close the location was to the places we wanted to go. As a family of three, the home felt spacious. The home was cleaned with natural products and had reed diffusers with light scents. That was especially great as scents can trigger my autistic child. Other than the main level bathroom, no room has an interior lock. The upstairs bedroom is a loft style without a door. The kitchen has enough cookware for simple meals. Ryan handled a matter where we needed help with expedience. We would highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

A great weekend spent with friends! Scott’s place made the whole thing that much more enjoyable. The views are incredible, and the house is spacious and clean. Would definitely come back!

This house was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 4 - could have easily fit 8 people pretty comfortably. House was certainly an old home that came with some quirks, but was nicely renovated and fully stocked with helpful items, kitchen was very nice with great quality appliances. Backyard was a great little oasis with a cool spot to relax, grill and eat an outdoor dinner. 25 mins to Niagara Falls, which was our main reason for visiting the Buffalo area. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is on a fairly busy road which was good and bad. A decent amount of constant vehicular traffic, but also very easy to get to places. Would recommend this house for a large family or a couple small families looking to visit the Buffalo/Niagara area.

House was exactly as described and was very clean. Extremely helpful and responsive to any questions and even had recommendations on local food for whatever you wanted to eat. I would highly recommend staying at this home you won't regret it!!

On its own The Italianate is a beautiful home. The craftsmanship and mid-nineteenth century charm paired with tastefully curated furniture and amenities makes for a very cozy, yet upscale vibe. What made this stay most enjoyable, though, was an attentive and responsive host. Maura went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. It is clear that this property has been a labor of love. Overall, excellent stay that I would recommend to anyone visiting the area with family. Bonus points for the copy of Letters of C.S. Lewis that I spotted on the bookshelf.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. The location was perfect quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.

The condo was really very nice. Very new and clean. Amanda helped me immediately every time I couldn’t figure something out. She was very nice. Beds were comfortable and condo had all the cleaning supplies and paper we needed, even a wagon for the beach.

Was great! Thanks for having us, a comfortable stay and convenient location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for easy access. :)
