Beautiful house off the parkway in newer quiet neighborhood. 55+ community. At least one person 55+and no one under 21 unless prior approval. Gorgeous mountain views from front and back of the home. Enjoy entertaining in the private courtyard or relaxing in the hot tub. Walking trail behind home leads to clubhouse & pool (unheated). Brand new outdoor kitchen. Open concept floor plan for entertaining family and friends. Keyless entry for a stress free check-in. Modern and clean with lots of natural light. Newly remodeled with quarts counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Please be advised if you are booking for a friend. We don’t accept third party bookings. This is grounds for immediate cancellation with no refund. Only a short 10 minute walk to the river. The best place to stay in Bullhead City (Tri-Stare area). Internet Speed: 350MPS

We decided we couldn't keep this to ourselves and decided to open it up to families looking to create treasured memories during their trips to the river. Pool, spa, plenty of parking for all of you desert toys, plus nestled on a quiet but convenient street, the house has it all. Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.
