The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

In the dressing room, optionally also children's room, also with roller shutters, everything can be stored. There is a bathtub where you can shower sitting. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

The graduation wall and thermal bath are within walking distance, about 10 minutes away. Excursions to the rural surroundings are possible on foot or by bike on signposted cycling and hiking trails. The city of Soest is 6 km away and can be reached by bus and train. The Möhnetalsperre can be explored by bike.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.
