It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Ideal for visiting Gibraltar Point, Frieston Shore or Frampton Marsh nature reserves or a walk along the sea bank. Boston 8 miles, Skegness 12 miles. Pub at the end of the lane serving tasty food. Old Leake village has Co-Op (+electric car charging point), PO, fish & chip sho, Sweet V’s cafe, church. Wrangle has pub, Indian & pizza takeaway, Costcutter, farm shop. 2 Dogs welcome

Idyllic, quiet self contained private 1 bed ground floor annexe attached to a beautiful Victorian house on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and also within walking distance of Horncastle market place, shops and amenities. Private entrance with self check in and own parking space, use of large garden, children's play area, kitchenette (with sink, fridge, microwave, induction hob, table and chairs), bathroom and bedroom with double bed and sofa bed suitable for 2 young children or 1 adult.

Situated in Stickford at the base of the Lincolnshire Wolds this is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Wonderful dog friendly beaches 25 minutes away with plenty of walking and fishing locally. The historic city of Lincoln is 45 minutes, and the seaside town of Skegness is 15 miles away. The caravan is situated in our garden which has a large pond so children must be supervised at all times. We have 3 dogs, 3 flightless ducks and free ranging chickens so visiting dogs must be on leads.
