We had a fantastic stay here. It’s private and beautiful. The location is also fantastic and their property is gorgeous. Brandi was a responsive and flexible host. Couldn’t recommend more.

The LES cabin was super cozy! We loved having a food prep / propane stove setup - made meals so easy. The location is the main thing tho! Truly off-grid, beautiful forest, dark skies, and so quiet. Easy access to the whole Munising to Grand Marais area. It was really easy to find even arriving in the middle of the night from Detroit. Just follow their directions and its no problem.

Getting there was tough we didn’t have the actual address to the house and one address I had took us to the other side of the lake on two different gps units so that was a little trying it was late and no service to contact anyone. Finally we got just enough service to get ahold of the owners and they walked us to the cabin. The stay was definitely worth the little bit of trouble we had finding it. Its a very beautiful location and if you are looking for peace and quiet you’ve come to the right spot.

The house was very clean and the two beds very comfortable. It fit four perfectly. Because it has just one bathroom, it would be challenging for any more adults. We were glad for the option of the pull-out couch, though, since one of us was a snorer :) and so one of us used it. The location was within a mile of the beach. It was set on a wooded lot and we got to see deer in the back yard. Bonnie and her son were very responsive and gave great directions to find the house. It had all the things in the kitchen we needed to cook. We had a great visit to the area.
