Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, einer großzügigen Terrasse/Garten und einem eigenen Parkplatz. Auf Nachfrage können gerne auch Fahrräder und Co. in einer abschließbaren Garage untergestellt werden. WICHTIGE INFO / NEU: Der Übernachtungspreis enthält ab dem 01.01.2026 die gesetzliche Übernachtungsabgabe der Stadt Monschau (2,50€ pro Person & Nacht).
