We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

Year-round luxury and insulated A-frame cottage with a sloping roof, a whole glazed front measuring 4.5×4 meters with a terrace and a second floor. It is located on a clearing overlooking the treetops. On the property you will find an outdoor shower and a fantastic tub that you can fill both in summer and winter. The accommodation is intentionally without electricity so that everyone can enjoy peace and quiet from modern technology. The Black and White Apartments apartment house is located in Brno in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of guests is ensured by window blinds. Guests can refresh themselves with Nespresso coffee, tea and water free of charge. The apartment includes a paid minibar.

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor wood-fired panoramic sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating via a fireplace; underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available right below the cottage.

Outdoor use for children

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.

The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
