Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

House in the middle of nature near the sea

Here you live in a total calm countryside among Öland stone walls and bike distance to Sweden's finest stretches of coastline. It is 1 km down to the sea. Byxelkrok is 4km away there is the harbor, restaurants and stalls open June-September. From the harbor you can go to the blue virgin by boat / day trip worth a visit. On the East side you have the fine beaches of the finishing touches and on the Västra side you are close to Byrum where you can see the raukarna mensalvaret and another beautiful beach Byrum Sandvik. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with cycling distance to Byxelkrok. Two-story cottage overlooking Kalmarsund and fantastic surroundings. Peaceful location, secluded from roads and directly adjacent to the sheep's pasture. Private plot and about 350 meters to the sea with the possibility of lovely rock swimming. The cottage is part of Enemansgården with several cottages and rooms for rent and is directly adjacent to Byxelkrok's Padel and Golf. 2-4 hours of paddle/day included in spring and autumn, 1 hour/day during the summer.

Unwind in this unique and quiet home out on Ödängla about 13 km from Mönsterås. Here you enjoy the silence and proximity to the sea. The cabin is perfect as a holiday home or for those who are out at work. The swimming area is 400 meters from the cabin. Boat place is 200 meters from the cabin and boat can be rented if you have a boat experience. Newly renovated house with pure natural materials in traditional style. The cottage is connected to a larger house that has been a farm, along an Öland village street. The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with many opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 meters away, there is a small hotel with a restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the nearest 2 km away. Sweet chickens are on the farm, and there is an opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.

Välkommen till mitt mysiga gästhus i Oskarshamn, nära gotlandsfärjan. Här finns en 160 cm bred säng och en bäddsoffa på 160 cm. Enkel pentry med ugn o spisplattor, duschkabin och toalett med handfat. Altandäck med trädgårdsmöbler och parkering på uppfarten. WiFi och Chromecast-TV ingår. ( inga kanaler endast cromecast) Lakan och handdukar kan hyras för 100 kr om du stannar en natt, men ingår vid fler nätter.
