The house has been recently renovated, consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds with TV and air conditioning plus a bedroom with a bunk bed and air conditioning, the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and equipment needed for cooking. In the living room there are two sofas, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is large and bright, also equipped with air conditioning. Outside there is a large flower garden with a table and space for motorcycle parking. Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Newly renovated mini penthouse, carefully furnished and equipped with an exclusive private terrace of 24 square meters. The center of Oristano is just 350 meters away. A five-minute walk will be enough to reach all the services you need such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. In 20-25 minutes by car (or bus) you will arrive at the famous beaches of Sinis, such as Is Arutas or San Giovanni. The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building without an elevator.

The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
