Sunny 18th century house. century, newly renovated with a large garden on the outskirts of Arogno. Arogno is south-facing, shielded by a range of hills from the noise of highway and train traffic and yet is close to it and 10 minutes by car from the lake and train station. The house is particularly suitable for relaxing in the countryside, as a starting point for hikes or cultural and swimming holidays in Ticino. At the lake there are countless swimming spots. In Rovio, there is a waterfall with a swimming pool.

Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)

The studio is made of a sitting area with sofa bed and TV and a dining area with fully equipped with table for four. The bathroom can be reached through a passageway where the closet is located. The futon-style bed is located on the mezzanine, accessible by a ladder.
