Holiday rentals with a balcony in Caelian Hill

Luca als Vermieter war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat bei Fragen weitergeholfen. Er war gut telefonisch und per Nachricht erreichbar. Ein früherer Check-in war auf Nachfrage problemlos möglich. Außerdem hat er sich um einen Transfer vom Flughafen gekümmert. Die Wohnung war schön groß, sauber und alle Geräte haben problemlos funktioniert. Ein Supermarkt war direkt um die Ecke und verschiedene Cafés und Restaurants mit kurzem Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Floriana was in contact with us everyday, providing us with local activities and suggestions. When we asked about restaurant recommendations she was quick to send us her picks. The place was walking distance to Roma Ostinese train station, bus stop and the Pyramide Metro station.

We loved every aspect of Ginevra's place. High ceilings, spotless, functional, classic style, great balcony, breezy, great location... I could go on. If we come back to Rome, we'd love to stay there again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this spacious and beautiful apartment. You cannot beat the location for easy walks or public transport to all of the sites in Rome. Sipping their gift of limoncello on the terrace looking at the coliseum all lit up at night is something I won’t forget. Riccardo and his staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. They met us at the apartment and gave us lots of insider tips for getting around and helped us get our airport taxi home. The building has extra security and such charm. We highly recommend this spot in the heart of the Monti neighborhood.

The place was roomy and just like the pictures. Location was in a very walkable area and subway/ train/ taxi and tour buses all within 5 min walking distance. AC worked well in the evenings. Marlon was very friendly and helpful upon check in. Perfect for a family of 4. Lift was working and helpful for grandma. Farmacy - stores right downstairs for anything extra that maybe needed. Loved staying at this place-- the location was EVERYTHING. Extremely walkable area, lots of things to eat and see nearby, really doable walks to most of the major attractions in central Rome. Probably the best shower we had out of all our Airbnb's in Italy and a nice well-appointed bathroom. Definite recommend.

I recently enjoyed an unforgettable stay at an Airbnb in the heart of Rome, and it was simply exceptional! The location truly steals the show—just steps from the Pantheon and within walking distance of all the historic attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better area to explore. My hosts were also fantastic. They were very responsive and personally met me upon arrival. The apartment was clean, spacious, and stocked with all the necessities, plus they provided great dining options, grocery stores, and laundromats. For anyone planning a trip to Rome, this is the perfect place to stay! Thank you to my wonderful hosts for making my getaway so memorable!

We had a wonderful time in Rocca di Papa! The home was very clean and our hosts were great with communication. Amazing view of the city + close to a grocery store + restaurants. Would recommend.

El lugar excedió todas las expectativas, fueron días muy agradables que pudimos disfrutar en familia, el lugar es increíble, sin duda repetiremos pronto.

O apartamento é tão bom ou melhor que nas fotos. Móveis novos e bonitos. Cama e sofá-cama confortáveis proporcionaram boas noites de sono. Ar-condicionado funciona muito bem. Banheiro muito bom. Eu e minha família ficamos confortavelmente instalados e passamos ótimos momentos. A localização é boa. O corretor Francesco foi pontual e atencioso.

Una Dimora con una vista mozzafiato che avevo utilizzato per prepararmi il giorno del matrimonio. Perfetta location per le foto. Lorella molto amichevole e disponibile rende il soggiorno nella villa molto piacevole. Super spaziosa sia all’interno ma anche all’esterno soprattutto per l’estate per chi volesse pranzare o cenare all’esterno con le molte griglie e molti tavoli disponibili.

Secluded villa with stunning gardens and a lovely pool. Although pool not heated, it’s fine in summer. The houses are quaint with classic Italian style (lots of beige / browns and knick knacks.) The place is huge and the gardens are just stunning, loads of outdoor space to relax or have dinner. Location a little tricky to find as gps maps doesn’t recognise the address. Bernado was on hand to answer all our questions throughout our stay. All in all great trip.

The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!

Everything is exactly as it is presented in the pictures. The place is a great value for money, a great spotlight in Rome, very well connected to the city center (we almost walked all the distances) very clean and comfortable. There are nice coffee places, a top rated Gelateria and a couple of tasty food restaurants in the area as well.

Excelente acomodação, infelizmente ficamos apenas uma noite. A televisão na cozinha/sala é móvel, o que proporcionou uma experiência de conforto e acolhida em ambos os ambientes. A cama é excelente, o banheiro tem uma iluminação moderna e os banhos são relaxantes (o chuveiro é moderno e o fluxo de água adaptado para cada necessidade). Design moderno, presença de lava louças e lavadora de roupas, é um varal na varandinha! Passeio para o coliseu a 10 minutos a pé de distância, vários restaurantes e um supermercado ao lado da hospedagem!

We had the please of spending 4 evening at Romana’s apartment; the apartment is beautiful and extremely well located. From the apartment we were able to walk to most of major attractions but also very close to the metro. Upon arrival we were given a QR code with local restaurants and the location of the grocery store which is a few minutes walk away. Lastly Romano is a great host and responded to all our questions immediately. We highly recommend this apartment.

Stayed here for the month of May. Great location - very close to metro and bus. But only about a 25 minute walk to tourist areas. Alessandra is a very responsive host- she allowed me to check in a few hours earlier which was great. The apartment was very clean and was just as it appears in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect! In the heart of Campo di Fiori area making it convenient to all the attractions in Rome. Neighborhood had energy but the apartment was quiet and private. King sized beds x2 with comfy mattress, pillows and bedding. Apartment was large enough for our teen daughter to have her own quiet space. A/C worked very well - the best we had during our 2 week tour of Italy in late June. Great communication with the hosts before/through out stay, to include valuable restaurant recommendations by Guilia. Market close by allowed us to do some light meals in the adequately stocked kitchen. En suite bath/shower are on the smaller side but adequate and the 2nd bath just down hall was more than enough. Access to an in unit washer was very convenient. No lift and 2nd floor. Easy access to taxi at Piazza Farnese. Would 100% stay here again.

Giuseppe‘s apartments were adorable and stocked with everything we needed. They were extraordinarily clean and in such a convenient place to all of the main attractions to Rome. We really loved that the metro was literally just across the street. We had a group of 10 and the two apartments slept everyone beautifully. Giuseppe was extraordinarily helpful with recommendations and helping to arrange transportation to the airport. We would definitely stay there again!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und die Unterkunft wurde gezeigt . Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und ist wirklich schön! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock, was aber aufgrund des Aufzugs kein Problem ist. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Straße mit leckeren Restaurants und Bars und das Zentrum ist zu Fuß oder mittels Bahn und Bus erreichbar.

We enjoyed our stay in Katerina’s apartment. It is just a couple minutes form Campo di Fiore. The bed was very very comfortable and the pillows were exactly how we like them. 😊 I would recommend staying here!
