It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. You will never tire of the view; it will keep you spellbound.

Peaceful with own parking place, and ten minutes walk to Portloe and the Southwest coastal path. Little House (sleeps 2/3) is in the Roseland Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Near South West Coast Path and stunning Portholland and Carne beaches. Bedroom/living room (double bed + sofa bed), shower room, kitchenette. Private, with own fenced in garden, lovely views. (Driveway shared with main house.) Fast broadband, 43in smart TV (Netflix, Prime etc). EV charger and hot tub, both charged separately - pls request in advance. Hot tub: £15 first night, £5 each subsequent night.

This unique, stylish and modern bungalow occupies a rare position adjacent to the inner harbour which can be glimpsed through its courtyard entrance. You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. An additional benefit is the parking spot directly outside the bungalow.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
