Holiday rentals with a patio in Cala Bona

The front desk staff was very friendly. I was able to store my luggage before and after arriving at the accommodation, and all the suggestions I made were reflected. The swimming pool is also very nice and clean. I want to recommend this accommodation to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Valentina’s place in Santanyí! The location is absolutely fabulous – just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you need. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. Valentina was super friendly, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout. A real treat – would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment. Great living space. Fantastic roof terrace. Location nice and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

We liked Cala Radjada very much. There are great restaurants and great beaches ... for our group of 4 girls, the accommodation of Thomas & Petra had the perfect location. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

The host's description was very detailed, and the answers to the questions were very quick and accurate. The accommodation was as comfortable as my own home, and I especially liked the facilities such as the balcony, living room, and swimming pool. My stay at Corinna's apartment in Porto Cristo Novo was just amazing! The apartment is not only beautifully decorated, but also very clean and well appointed. The location is perfect – walking distance to the beach and in a quiet, idyllic area. Corinna was a wonderful hostess who was always available and had helpful tips for the area ready. I especially liked the cozy terrace, where I spent many relaxing evenings. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Another highlight was the large pool, which is ideal for cooling off on hot days. In addition, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, which makes the stay even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing and comfortable holiday in Mallorca. Thanks u so much!

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

We felt right at home. Having breakfast on the beautiful balcony in the morning was one of our highlights! Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can easily cater for yourself. The beach umbrellas were also helpful. The location is great. In just a few meters, there is a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and the beach incl. Diving school accessible. The residential complex is very nicely laid out, well maintained and quiet. We have now been to Iris for the second time and had another great vacation!

I can’t say enough good things about Paco and his place. He went out of his way to make our family feel welcomed in Mallorca. It’s awesome sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set over Formentor.

Had a great time at Andrea and Detlev's apartment! Great hosts and great communicators.....very responsive and nice! I highly recommend this rental. The location is great. Walking distance to a boardwalk with shops and restaurants. Great sunsets! 30 minutes in either direction by car takes you to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Recommend Playa De Muro and Cala Millor. We were greeted by Maria, who is also wonderful. She had fresh fruit and water waiting for us when we arrived. She helped make our stay perfect. Jaime, who helps with the house maintenance, was great also. The bar-b-que grill was out of propane gas and he drove to the apartment, after hours, and delivered us a new tank. The apartment was well equipped with cookware and washer and dryer. We were able to prepare a few meals there and wash our clothes before checking out. All in all, a great experience!! Mallorca is beautiful!! Just left today and I miss it already. Hope to return.

Super great villa, everything you need is available as described. Communication was easy and quick, Alejandro came on site for a short briefing. We loved it and had a cool time, thanks Paco and team.

The four of us (children 15/10) had a great stay in summer temperatures in Theo's beautiful house. I would like to highlight the following as particularly positive: the large and beautifully deep pool in the rear area (great for older children), the beautiful and pleasantly airy veranda even at 30 degrees, on which we ate almost all meals, the very well-equipped kitchen (even baking cakes for birthdays was possible), the comfortable beds and the great communication, helpfulness (rental car) and quick response with or from the host. The parasol stand, for example, was replaced faster than we could look. We only imagined the walking distance to the beach to be faster and more direct; you walk about 1 km on the street through the residential area, then continue through the center of Cala Pi and finally down the stairs to the beach. But that's not meant to be a criticism, it's a top house at a fair price that we already miss.

Three of us spent a good week in the finca and enjoyed the time. Great location outside of Arta, 5 minutes by car from Arta. Everything was sparkling clean, the house very comfortable with spacious bathrooms and pleasantly warm even in the still cool season due to the underfloor heating. This is not self-evident for similar houses/fincas. Kitchen is super well equipped. The pool is clean and nicely laid out, but was not used by us (!), but was still a little chilly. The sauna is heated with wood and needs at least as advertised. 4 hours to heat up. Offers space for 4 people safely comfortably. Communication with Inken was always very straightforward, Inken always responded quickly. Minor issues were quickly resolved. The technology of the entrance gate didn't always work right away, but should be replaced soon. I can recommend the finca without restrictions.

Great house close to a cool town

We loved staying at Ximena's house. It is very well located in Porto Cristo, a stone's throw from the beach, and you can also walk to the bus stop that comes directly from the airport. The house is very spacious, and we were very comfortable. The patio is a plus. Ximena has been available at all times to answer any questions.

What an amazing place! Completely hidden in the woods, a little paradise! Here you can completely unwind. Moreover, Gabriel and his parents are super nice and helpful. We were allowed to eat with the homemade paella and because we arrived late the first night, they had already bought some groceries for the next morning. We miss the dogs Sel, Toto and Jeep very much. They greeted us every morning. Just like the kittens. I could stay there for a few months! Thank you very much! 🙏🏻

Our stay at Ralf's was brilliant. The garden is beautiful and lovely to relax in by the pool with great views. We didn't hire a car and booked ubers from the house to Palma and often got local taxis back. Very easy to do. A 15-20 mins walk to the local supermarket. I would highly recommend. Some nights we went out for dinner and others we stayed in. You can really make the stay yours.

Gogi is always responsive and helpful. Some old balcony plastic furniture cracked and were replaced quickly. Gogi suggested museums, sites and restaurants to visit. She checked up on our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great impression.

Fantastic, this was such a lovely stay, highly recommend. Claudia was lovely and extra pillows and blankets supplied as I get very cold due to my health issues. Absolutely great Hosts, everything was well thought out and the space was calm and welcoming.

Our stay with Pedro was absolutely fantastic! He is an incredibly friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Pedro was a lifesaver, helping us organize a memorable birthday party at Tobogan. His communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond and checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect, stocked with all the essentials and in a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and public transport. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

We were not disappointed in the slightest. Barbara could not have communicated any better if she tried. She was only too helpful to book a taxi to and from the airport and checked a couple of times to ask if we needed anything. The apartment was in a residential area, near enough to walk to the restaurants but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. It had a lovely swimming pool. The apartment itself, was exactly what was specified, clean, tidy and full of all the things you need. We would certainly recommend it enough, to stay there again ourselves. We loved the apartment and it is very well located (next to the beach and the port). Communication with both Maxim and his son has been excellent. We will repeat.

Horst's place is beautiful, clean, and very well-located. Super well-equipped, so great if you want to cook your own food. The balcony is spacious and sunny, and the garden is peaceful-- lots of cute cats roaming around which we loved. The unit is located upstairs, directly above the host's home, accessible via a private entrance at the top of a spiral staircase. You feel very much like you are staying in someone's home, it is cosy and well-looked after. We did not use the pool at all, mostly because you're 15 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, and also because it is in the host's garden/in front of their house so felt a bit like we'd be imposing! Horst was very communicative and welcoming, and we had a great time. Thanks!
