abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura scelta un po' a caso tra tante e devo dire che mai scelta fu migliore. Roberta si è subito dimostrata disponibile,cordiale e con il suo fare ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio l'appuntamento è veramente carino, ampio,luminoso,nuovissimo e tenuto in maniera fantastica, il mare è veramente a pochi passi con un arenile immenso e tenuto molto bene, il paese offre l'indispensabile ma nei dintorni c'è molto da fare e da vedere. una mini vacanza che ci rimarrà nel cuore così anche Roberta 🥰 con la quale siamo certi ci sentiremo a breve per organizzare una vacanza più lunga. Quindi consiglio a tutti di provare la location per poter avere modo di conoscere il posto .... non ve ne pentirete ma soprattutto Roberta....

Appartamento corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione riportata. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: l'appartamento e' decisamente spazioso, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort. L'arredamento e' molto moderno. La pulizia impeccabile. La posizione e' strategica: in meno di un minuto a piedi ci si ritrova nella via principale del centro di Castiglione con numerosi negozi e ristoranti (un consiglio: prenotare sempre per tempo perché si rischia di rimanere senza cena! Noi siamo stati a Castiglione nella settimana di ferragosto e senza prenotare si faceva fatica a trovare posto anche in tarda serata). In pochi minuti a piedi ci si ritrova sul lungomare dove ci sono numerosissimi stabilimenti balneari ma anche numerose spiagge libere. Davanti all'appartamento il supermercato e' comodissimo! Niccolò e Daniela si sono dimostrati sempre gentili e super disponibili: ringraziamo in particolar modo Daniela per tutte le dritte che ci ha dato!!!! Sconsigliato!

Mauro è sempre stato estremamente disponibile per ogni chiarimento o richiesta. L'alloggio è ben tenuto e ben fornito di tutto il necessario (un sacco di stoviglie accessori per la cucina). La posizione è strategica per raggiungere il mare o il centro di Follonica. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità delle biciclette.

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Daniele was an amazing host—warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and just a short walk to the beach, which made our trip even more perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

La posizione della casa è perfetta, vicino a tutti i servizi, al centro e alla spiaggia. La casa si commenta da sola guardando le foto. Anzi, abbiamo trovato un appartamento con una quantità di strumenti, spazi, arredamento che dubito sia rintracciabile altrove. Lati negativi: Nessuno.

We had a wonderful time. Amazing place for everyone who loves nature and a place to relax. Beautiful and wild beach close by - we have it high on our list for future holidays!

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

La casa di Alessio è semplicemente un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Le due camere da letto sono in un fabbricato separato dalla zona giorno così la mattina, per me che mi alzo sempre presto, è stato fantastico godermi il caffè nella veranda e affacciato sullo scorcio di mare che si apre dal giardino senza la preoccupazione di svegliare i miei adorati amici. E' tutto molto curato e intimo, e sia Alessio che la splendida Monica sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

Votre gentillesse et vos conseils sur Rome ont également contribué à rendre notre voyage encore plus mémorable. Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

appartamento davvero bello con accesso direttamente sulla spiaggia, non facile da spostarsi durante la sera se si vuole visitare qualche porto però ne vale la pena per lo splendido mare

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Der Pool war gut nutzbar, wir waren oft alleine und ungestört. Der Strand war in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Viele Restaurants die wir mit dem Auto schnell erreichen konnten. Lediglich die Zufahrt zum Hause ist etwas holprig, mit einem Roadstar nicht befahrbar. Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit.

Massimo's place was perfect for us - a week in paradise! It's a small, corner unit in a gated, residential community - a vertical world of stairs and ramps with homes, pool, garden, parking lot and sea access all on different levels. The unit's private outdoor space has large table, BBQ grill and shady seating area. The space inside the unit is quite small but fine for 2/3 people. Since it's a corner unit, there are only a few windows and no sea view - which was fine for us. Loved having a dark, cool refuge on a hot summer day! It's about 1500 steps to get from the unit down to the seaside. The way down is a mix of paved road (not too steep) and steps. The reward is the chance to swim in pristine, blue water with no crowds! Great for snorkeling! Two special features: the beach locker where you can store your beach gear and the outdoor shower in the yard. If you need to stay connected to the world, note that inside the unit it's basically a dead zone (no wifi or cellular network).

Mauro was very responsive. Check in instructions were good, the apartment was easy to find and it was great to have a big drive to park in. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks newly decorated and the view is lovely - we loved the early mornings out on the terrace. The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen is very well stocked. With just a couple of small improvements, it could be 5 star - more than one pillow per head, sun loungers or a sofa on the terrace, a working parasol and a tidier garden. But overall we had a good stay. It should be noted that the apartment isn’t in Porto San Stefano but a short drive outside it and access to the beach (pictured) is not for the faint hearted - there’s no pavement and the road’s quite busy. Our dog wouldn’t have been able to manage the steps down to the underpass, nor would anyone with mobility issues or push chairs.

Lorella, Giuseppe i co-host di Jacopo sono due persone fantastiche!!! Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa!!! Come omaggio di benvenuto c era una crostata buonissima fatta da Lorella, durante il nostro breve soggiorno ci hanno offerto frutta, caffè, e una splendida e super grigliata, abbiamo passato serate in loro compagnia come amici di sempre!!! E poi Camilla la splendida e simpatica cagnolina sempre pronta a farti le feste e a ricevere tante coccole ci ha robato il cuore!!! La casa Campo albo è ottima per una coppia, confortevole e fresca, super la doccia all esterno ottima per togliere la sabbia e la calura prima di entrare in casa, fantastica la veranda con un bel tavolo per pranzi e cene all aperto!!! La casa è veramente a due passi dal mare cristallino e dalla spiaggia poco affollata e tranquilla..... Un grazie gigante a Lorella e Giuseppe per la loro ospitalità, cordialità e consigli che ci hanno mostrato!!! La consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una vacanza al top!!!

La casa perfetta! Perché? Bellezza della natura e del panorama, posizione strategica, privacy, servizi esterni ed interni, pulizia, dotazioni della cucina (incluso barbecue), disponibilità, gentilezza di Annamaria e Marcello. Tutto superiore alle aspettative e migliore rispetto alle foto. La casa è cosi accogliente che potresti starci giorni senza uscirne. Noi siamo golfisti e abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al golf dell’Argentario. Abbiamo anche approfittato dei preziosi suggerimenti di Annamaria riguardo a spiagge, ristoranti e giro in barca con Paolo, amabile marinaio con cui abbiamo visto spiagge altrimenti irraggiungibili e fatto bagni indimenticabili in alto mare. Insomma 10 giorni meravigliosi, una vacanza di assoluto relax circondati dalla bellezza della natura. Non perdetevi questa opportunità.

L’alloggio è molto bello, ben ristrutturato e arredato, fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare. L’aria condizionata e il wifi funzionano perfettamente. La spiaggia (libera e attrezzata) si raggiunge facilmente a piedi anche con bimbi piccoli. Davanti alla casa c’è una bella pineta con parco giochi e gonfiabili. Molto adatto per famiglie!

An absolutely stunning part of the world. So so special to be right on the beach in a quiet rustic, out of the way spot in a lovely apartment! The space is just as described / as it looks and it backs right onto the beach so whether you’re inside or out you can enjoy the lapping waves. There’s also a restaurant on the beach which is glorious so you don’t have to cook the whole time. The closest shop is 20 minutes drive so bring what you need so you don’t have to leave again! Bear in mind if traveling with young kids that there are no blinds on the windows, there are mosquitoes at night and no microwave or kettle - but as long as you’re organised you will have an absolutely wondrous time here. Thanks to Michele who even swam back from his boat to bring us some insect repellent that we’d forgotten . We’d come back in a heartbeat to this very special place.

Dieses kleine "Steinhaus" ist ideal für 2 Personen. Bei der Lage - ok, kann man unterschiedlicher Meinung sein. Einerseits wunderbar gelegen, auf der anderen Seite "abgelegen". Richtig Privat, schöne Terrasse zum Verweilen. Leider ist der Zugang zum Meer beschwerlich, entweder sehr steil - nichts für ältere Leute, oder alles Privat, abgesperrt durch Tore. Die "Privatbucht" mit Strand, Bar und Restaurant ist sehr schön und auch sehr gutes Essen. Die Leute sind sehr nett. Aber auch nicht garade einfach zu erreichen. Wir waren 11 Tage da, haben jeden Tag kleinere Ausflüge mit gutem Essen verbunden. Einmal wollten wir zum Meer und sind dann fast 2 Stunden in den Bergen unterwegs gewesen, z.T. Naturstrasse, da alle Zugänge zum Meer hinab durch Tore verschlossen waren. Das ist etwas, was uns sehr geärgert hat. Einkaufen, Restaurants in Porto S.Stefano ca. 7 Km entfernt, kein Proplem. Sehr schönes Hafenstädtchen. Aber es war ein schöner Aufententhalt. Negativ; Total von Mücken zersto P.S.

Ottimo soggiorno! Alloggio situato a pochi metri dal porto, in una zona tranquilla con ottimi ristoranti, da cui é facile spostarsi a piedi per visitare alcune spiagge della zona, vicinissimo alla fermata del pullman. Stanza pulita e corrispondente alla descrizione, presenza di un frigo/freezer indispensabili durante la stagione estiva. Host reattivo,gentile e disponibile per consigli della zona. Check-in/out semplicissimo con possibilità di deposito bagagli. Consiglio!

Der Aufenhalt war wunderbar! Etwas ganz Besonderes mit umwerfender Aussicht aufs Meer! Die Lage im Rocca ist atemberaubend und im Dorf unten bekommt man alles, was man braucht. Auch gibt es wunderbare Strände (einer zu Fuss erreichbar, einer 10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Alles hat einwandfrei geklappt und wenn wir etwas brauchten, war Valerio immer erreichbar. Zudem ist Giovanni immer vor Ort und ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
