Stunning loft style house 5 mins from the square

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Ca Na Xidoia is decorated in a rustic style, with attention to detail in every corner. The ceilings are high with wooden beams, an open concept, a loft with an open kitchen and a mezzanine room with a low height, and a steep staircase.
