It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. Country house in the center of Calafell village

Cal Maciá, built in 1867 and completely restored in 2022 , is located at the foot of the Castle, in Calle Mayor, that is, at the origin of Calafell. At the entrance, on the left, you can see the remains of the arches that were the passage that led to the Castle, in fact in some neighboring house you can see that they still have all their continuity. It belongs to the Romeu-Rovirosa family since its construction, its activities were always referents in the tasks of the field.

The environment favors an ideal disconnection, perfect for getting away from the busy city life.

Great for families with children with children having a private and fenced garden. It has an outdoor barbecue. The house is two floors, in the lower living/dining room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. On the top floor, large bedroom with double beds , two single beds and a crib. Trail hikes and mountain bikes.
