This is a nice basement apartment with an easy to access private entrance. It has a great central location only a few minutes from the College of Idaho, downtown Caldwell and It is only 6 or 7 minutes away from the freeway. There is a designated covered parking spot with additional street parking. Groceries, shopping and entertainment are only minutes away. There is also high speed internet capable of working from home, online learning and Netflix.

Cottage on the Snake River

We are at the end of a 1/2 mile driveway. It is very quiet and relaxing. The house is comfortable and homey. Lots of space to walk around. We have a pond near by that is full of wildlife. The house has a water softener/filter so the water feels slick on your skin. Also, the water has a sulfur smell to it so we provide bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have the water tested and it is safe. it just has a slight smell.

We do keep 1 bedroom across the house locked as well as the garage. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We are currently not a pet friendly home, but we can definitely accommodate if need be. Communication is key!

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Beautiful, one bedroom carriage house upstairs apartment in a quiet historic neighborhood in downtown Nampa. Very close to NNU, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment has a gate at the top of the stairs to keep kids and dogs safe. Sorry, no cats. Two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed, sleeps 6. Attached one car garage! DIY waffle station! Shaded deck available for cookouts, seats 12.
