The house is in a great location, with amazing views of the mountains. We loved Niederdorf – such a cute little town. It’s a short walk into the center of town with easy access to busses and trains, plus a few restaurants and bakeries. If you want even more dining options, Dobbiaco is a short drive or train ride away (we would highly recommend Restaurant Winkelkeller). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of Nespresso coffee pods. Two of the bedrooms are quite large, but be forewarned that the two single beds are in an extremely small room. It would probably work ok for young children but it’s not ideal for adults.

Great place! Easy to walk into town. The back yard is so beautiful. Claudia is very nice. I would stay there again for sure.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

A place that touches the heart ❤️ We were able to spend a few unforgettable days with our 11-month-old son at the Bio Lüch Ruances – and it was simply wonderful. We could feel it as soon as we arrived: this place is full of passion. The apartment was not only beautiful and sparkling clean, but immediately felt like a little home – warm, loving and overlooking the breathtaking Dolomites. The owner is a hostess as one could only wish for: warm, attentive, with an open smile and always a kind word. Every morning, we were greeted with delicious, homemade farm products - a treat we won't forget anytime soon. For us as a young family, it was the perfect retreat. Our little one was able to develop freely, we were able to relax and enjoy the special atmosphere of this place to the fullest. A place full of warmth, nature and real humanity. We had an unforgettable family holiday in Anita's beautiful and spacious apartment. Comfortable beds, lots of space for relaxation, a well equipped kitchen and a great location. Anita is a wonderful host.

Such an incredible stay! From the second we got there, the hosts were so inviting, explained the sights and the area! The little details of the room made the sry so perfect from the heated floors and towel warmers to the accent lighting in the closets. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever been at and in such an enchanting area!

We felt very comfortable from the first moment in the accommodation. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy; perfectly equipped and we especially liked the roof terrace. Despite the fact that the accommodation is in the city center, it was amazingly quiet. As a starting point for any business, it was great for us! Communication with Andreas was very pleasant and fast from the beginning. Andreas is a friendly, communicative guy :) Conclusion: highly recommended!

We visited in late May. The pictures match the experience. It is peaceful and less busy than nearby Ortisei (which is a pleasant downhill walk or free bus trip away). Some would say the town was too quiet that time of the year as many restaurants and bars were closed. The accommodation was spotless and undercover parking. We hiked each day and enjoyed the accommodation.

We all love the house very much. It has a amazing view, is clean and cozy.Erika & José were both very friendly and patient. They gave us detailed information about nearby hiking trails and attractions. Also very responsive to our questions.

Absolutely stunning scenery. The space was immaculate. Service incredible. Download the app Komoot for insight into the trails in the local area. Woke up to a freshly baked breakfast pastry that was delicious. Parked the car under a covered garage very short walk to the apt

Lovely accommodation, enough space for family of four , fully equipped: nice balcony overlooking the town. Convenient for the ski lifts. Would definitely return!

This place is a GEM! We were made to feel welcome by the whole family including their beautiful friendly dog. The apartment is perfect and we couldn’t ask for more. Whether you’re a group of friends or a couple you would be extremely happy with this place. Modern apartment, sauna, rain shower, VIEWS!, balconies, HOT TUB… the list goes on. This is the best Airbnb I’ve had the pleasure of visiting, cannot recommend enough. Cannot thank our hosts enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We rented Arthur's two large apartments with a total of 4 couples (2 kids). We had a great week! The apartments are very spacious and because each couple has their own bathroom, there was a lot of privacy! Also enough space in both apartments to dine/sit together with everyone. Walking distance to the slopes (tow lift Nives). There is storage space with heated elements for ski boots in the garage, but we chose to keep our belongings in the depot next to the ski lift. Within walking distance of the village, supermarket, restaurants, and so on. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated, the photos show an old bathroom with bathtub, but this is now a very nice new bathroom. Arthur is a very friendly host, he is very responsive and very helpful. In short, we had a great week and booked again for next year!

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed chalet. The view from the windows is absolutely stunning – waking up to that scenery was a true highlight. The facilities are incredibly modern and complete; everything felt brand new and thoughtfully arranged. One thing that really stood out was the furniture – not only is it stylish, but also extremely comfortable and functional. The sofa, dining area, and even small details like the lighting and fireplace created a warm, cosy atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
