House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). The property can accommodate one couple with four children or a maximum of three couples. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Pétanque and molkky area, garden table and chairs, BBQ. The cottage (110 m²) is a former winemaker's house that was fully renovated in 2018.

This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Arcachon Bay and Dune du Pyla are 45 minutes away.

Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion.
