Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

Vittorio’s place was incredible. Easy to find. He was responsive. An amazing stay overall. Very happy we were able to stay here and found their little town. Thank you so much for having us.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

Arriving at Alberto and Tiziana's chalet is like entering a fairy tale... the house is very welcoming... the enchanted forest... the pool kept us company in the hottest hours. Top host for availability and kindness...we will be back as soon as possible.

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

Very well maintained and decorated holiday home @45 mins drive from Rome. Comfortable beds, complete kitchen, large shaded terras, airco in bedrooms. Recommended

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)

We had a fabulous short stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location, very close to the lake. Dragos was helpful and quick to respond to queries. The only disappointment was that there is a wonderful view from the terrace of the lake, but it is not possible to use it. We did ask, but apparently not.

This place was absolutely charming! The space was cozy, clean, and full of character — from the rustic wooden furniture to the sweet little kitchen setup. The views from the windows were incredible, with colorful flowers framing the water just steps away. It was peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing to note: we did get a few stares from people in the area, and the police drove by a couple of times. It felt a little uncomfortable at first, but it may just be routine for the neighborhood. Still, the beauty and calm of the location made it a worthwhile experience overall. Would recommend for anyone looking for a scenic, quiet escape.

Patrizia was a very attentive host and available to meet our needs. A centrally located apartment, with easy parking for our motorcycle, in the designated stalls behind the Town Hall. Terrace above Apartment really beautiful with a wide panorama over the entire valley below. Great for freshening up in the evening. Excellent location for the ease of walking to all the most interesting sites in Tivoli. Highly recommended as a choice and I take this opportunity to thank the host Patrizia.

It was just like the pictures. Great location and beautifully decorated. Federica was excellent, always responding to our messages and made sure our needs were met. Would definitely recommend!

What an amazing stay. The split level and multiple sofa bed options made it ideal for keeping kids separate. Additionally, the balcony setting provided the top atmosphere we have ever experienced in an Air bnb. St. Peter’s basilica in the background, the jovial night sounds from the square below, all made for amazing evenings in Rome. Centrally located and an easy walk to all the major sites, we were able to walk everywhere. The square adjacent to the building was perfect for every need from a lunch bite to a midnight gelato. Finally, Stefano was always responsive and extremely helpful to all of our needs. We can’t wait to stay there again.

I stayed in this studio for about a month and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is well furnished, complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and is in a great location: a few steps from the station, but in a quiet and not noisy area. There are supermarkets, a park and all the essential activities in the vicinity. The host was always very kind, helpful and attentive. I absolutely recommend this accommodation, both for short and longer stays

The accommodation is really beautiful, with attention to detail, clean and welcoming, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing. We received all the simple and clear instructions to be able to enter the apartment easily. The only less convenient aspect is that you need to use public transport or a car to get around, and there are no accessible green areas for walking dogs in the immediate vicinity, which can be inconvenient for those traveling with pets. But overall, a great experience, I recommend it to those looking for tranquility and a well-kept environment!
