Holiday rentals with a patio in Campiglia Marittima

The apartment is part of a charming stacked building. It was a beautiful place to rest and enjoy the Tuscan sun. We loved spending time outdoors by the pool, dining in the garden with the barbecue grill, and relaxing on the lounge chairs. When it got too hot outside, the air conditioning was a huge help. The layout of the apartment was just right for our family of four, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Since the building is stacked, there were other guests in neighboring units below or beside us, but each garden area is nicely separated by hedges, giving everyone plenty of privacy. The host family was very welcoming and gracious, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Tammy and Eme were wonderful hosts. My wife and I booked for quite a long stay as part of a sabbatical in Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Casa al Poggio is in a quiet location, surrounded by spectacular countryside, between two small towns, each charming in its own way, and with easy access to both Florence and Siena. Tammy and Eme offered great recommendations regarding places to explore in the local area and a host of tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. We absolutely intend to return and stay with them again.

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei chiara und frederica. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und der Service war klasse. Das Anwesen ist wirklich schön, man hat den ganzen Tag einen tollen Blick über das Naturschutzgebiet und die Küste. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

We were there at the end of the season. It was very beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. All of the host were awesome!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. The landscaping was immaculate. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!! It felt like home.

Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till barnfamiljer! Våra barn älskade polen, och vi njöt av den vackra omgivningen. Ett lugnt och fint ställe som vi gärna vill besöka igen. Frukostbuffén var otroligt lyxig och fräsch, med massor med olika alternativ. Fina lägenheter med sköna sängar. Vi hade en mysig egen uteplats.

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Chris ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch und zeigt dies auch. Die Appartments und das Areal sind sehr durchdacht. Alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail arrangiert. Der Naturpool ist eine Wucht, er reinigt sich per Elektrolyse (Salz). Unsere Haut hat es gleich bemerkt und sich mit Glattheit bedankt. Chris, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in deine Oase und können uns Elba ohne dich kaum noch vorstellen. Love B+S

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great stay with our friends and made some great memories. would recommend the accommodation, as well as the hosts, and would definitely stay again. Kind Regards, Boyd and Naomi

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

Villino Isotta è un alloggio che lascia senza fiato, super in ogni aspetto: posizione, pulizia, tutte le camere da letto sono climatizzate, le cucine ed i bagni ampiamente accessoriati, a pochi passi parcheggio gratuito e un caffè aperto fino a tarda sera. All'esterno un patio con vista sulle colline e poi il barbecue, e infine piscina dotata di ogni confort (doccia calda, vasca idromassaggio, lettini, wifi, ecc ecc). Ultimo ma non ultimo l'host Andrea, che ringrazio per l'incredibile e costante attenzione nei riguardi dei suoi ospiti dal primo istante (accogliendoci con un aperitivo di benvenuto) fino all'ultimo. Sempre presente ma mai invadente, sempre disponibile con consigli per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile, una persona dal cuore immenso che gestisce con passione e serietà questo alloggio. E' stata dura tornare a casa, ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

Alloggiare in questo appartamento è stato meraviglioso. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo passato due notti immersi nella campagna toscana in un piccolo appartamento accogliente, pulitissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario. Il giardino è bellissimo, ricco di alberi da frutto e gatti dolcissimi che arricchiscono il soggiorno. Torneremo presto a trovare Sheila nella sua carinissima casa in campagna.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nella vostra splendida casa! La zona è molto tranquilla e la proprietà è completamente recintata, il che la rende ideale per il nostro cane. La casa è perfettamente attrezzata e molto pulita. Ci è piaciuto molto trascorrere le serate sulla spaziosa terrazza e nel lounge. La stazione di ricarica gratuita per la nostra auto elettrica è stata un extra davvero generoso e pratico. Francesco e la tua famiglia sono stati incredibilmente attenti e amichevoli. Si percepisce subito la calda atmosfera e la vostra ospitalità. Consiglio vivamente la vostra casa e voi come Padrone di casa. Grazie Mille per tutto.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Andrea war super nett und herzlich – man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht und der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, es war wirklich alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders ins Herz geschlossen haben wir Ava, die Hündin von Andrea. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Ich war mit meinen beiden erwachsenen Kindern für 4 Nächte in Vittorios Wohnung. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum, ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll, gleichzeitig dezent eingerichtet und besonders sauber. Es ist von der Waschmaschine bis zum Fön alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich selbstständig in einer Wohnung aufzuhalten. Auch ist sie geräumig, so dass man gut einen längeren Aufenthalt planen kann. Sehr schön ist auch der weitläufige Garten mit seinen vielen Nischen zum Sitzen und Genießen, der über die Küchentür zu erreichen ist. Vittorio war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit bei allen Arten von Fragen und antwortete immer zügig. Ich kann die Unterkunft bedenklos jedem weiter empfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment whilst visiting Volterra and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The apartment has a fantastic walk and it is super spacious and clean. The hosts were really helpful and we visited the wine bar and restaurants our lovely hosts suggested which were great. The roof terrace was lush! Definitely recommend

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Meter über die Düne und schon macht sich ein herrlicher Strand auf. Es gibt direkt nebenan schöne Standbars, in denen man den morgendlichen Cappuccino genießen kann. Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Irgendwie war alles da, ob zum Kochen oder Utensilien für den Strand. Wir hatten 4h Stau bei der Anreise und konnten den Check-In nicht rechtzeitig erreichen. Trotzdem war Sharon für uns noch um 23 Uhr da. Das war super.

Susies AirBnb was a lovely place to stay at, I loved the wooden furniture in the apartment, the kitchen is just big enough, has everything that you need and in general the apartment is tidy and spotless. The surrounding area is very scenic, a very quiet place perfect for relaxing by the pool. Susie and her husband were very nice hosts, very friendly and happy to help out when we needed something. They also gave us recommendations for the area. Lari is definitely worth a visit for a walk around, ice cream(!) and food. The people we met in Lari were the friendliest we met on our vacation in Italy and we felt very comfortable.

Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und ein großes privates Pool ist Sahnehäubchen auf der Torte. Matteo ist sehr bemüht dein Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen und ist bei allem behilflich. Dabei respektiert er deine Privatsphäre und ist praktisch “ unsichtbar”. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Klimaanlage ist top. Für mich als Frau eine große Ankleide war auch ein großer Pluspunkt. Draußen konnten wir uns an Gemüsegarten bedienen. Superpraktisch und gesund. Wir haben wenig gekocht, dafür viele großartige Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung besucht. Gleich am ersten Abend hat uns Matteo einen Tisch in einem Restaurant seines Freundes reserviert und das Essen war unglaublich lecker. In der Nähe würden wir auch La Sosta di Pio VII und Ristorante Triocco empfehlen. Besuche Volterra, Siena, Monterrigioni, Panzano, Castellina und Radda in Chianti und genieße die Aussichten und das Essen.

Our stay at this beautiful place was a a bull's-eye! The views of the rolling hills were breathtaking, the house was spotless and full of charm, and the host Eleonora was incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect blend of rustic charm — we truly felt like we were living in a postcard. Beside it place is located close to beautiful San Gimignano, Florence, Siena! Can't wait to come back!
