Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Campiglia Marittima

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse und der Blick auf das Meer ist der Hammer. Die Wohnung war für meinen Mann und mich genügend gross. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und was wir sehr schätzen (Mikrowelle, Nespresso Maschine, Abwaschmaschine, Waschmaschine und Tumbler, genügend Geschirr und Besteck). Nur der Grill auf der Terrasse wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen. Der private Parkplatz ist perfekt. San Vincenzo ist überschaubar, mit vielen Restaurants und es gibt auch genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Zutritt zur Wohnung mit der Schlüsselbox ist perfekt. Davide hat auf unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Video im Voraus mit allen Infos fanden wir super. Herzlichen Dank Davide - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very well located, comfortable Airbnb, all within walking distance from car park (for those renting cars) and from all the restaurants and sites within town. The real highlight though was the balcony which was genuinely amazing with wonderful views of the city. Chiara was very helpful and everything worked smoothly. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

We really enjoyed his place. Here are the pros and cons. Cons A/c was hard to figure out. I was not aware there were 3 units to have to turn on and set. Bar noise on night one until 2:00 am. What you get in busy area. Parking is really a long way away and uphill and you have to pay for it. Not a park and get out place. Be prepared to walk. Pros Location is fantastic. Very close to restaurants and sites. Private location. View was much better than expected. Very nice place. Decorated great. Very large. Easily enough room for 5 or 6.

We had a great experience from the initial booking, responsiveness with questions and all communications, recommendations on what to see and do, instructions on everything we needed to know about the Villa, parking, etc. and the utmost friendliness that was extended to us was all so much appreciated. We felt like honored house guests. You will not go wrong selecting this as your home away from home as well!

We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

Casa di Laura è un sogno. Ho condiviso la location a tutti i miei amici perché venire qui è proprio un regalo meraviglioso da farsi. Siamo andati via a malincuore, come quando si lascia una casa vacanza a cui ci si è affezionati. I dintorni sono stupendi, così come la casa, un giardino tranquillo e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio con la piscina che cambia tutta la vacanza. Un tuffo prima di scendere a Siena a visitare (che è a 15 minuti di macchina, neanche) è uno tornando a casa prima di scendere per cena. Ideale per rinfrescarsi dal caldo estivo. È stato veramente stupendo, e torneremo! Grazie mille Laura per aver condiviso con noi ristornati per pranzo, cena e aperitivo e per essere stata così flessibile con l’orario. Non ci siamo neanche incontrate ma dopo essere stata a casa tua è come se ti conoscessi. Grazie!

Un de nos meilleurs séjours assurément !!!! Mattéo est un hôte très aidant et prévenant. La maison est juste un petit bijou au sommet de cette colline...une vue sur un paysage Toscan très inspirant du côté de la piscine (qui est une très jolie piscine)...bien que partagée nous avons été toujours seuls à en profiter !! La terrasse où l'on prenait nos repas est très agréable avec ces fortes chaleurs. La situation de la maison permet de rayonner dans la Toscane...Lucca, Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano....et nous avons pu pousser jusqu'au Jardin des Tarots de Niki de Saint Phalle. Nous recommandons fortement un séjour chez Mattéo...et pensons y retourner une autre fois.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolutely beautiful property with the most charming country home! Our family loved picking fresh apricots, eating outside looking over the vineyard, playing tennis in the evenings, and taking a dip in the pool after a long day of exploring Tuscany! This home is peaceful and relaxing & a perfect location to get to many places in the Chianti region!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lorenzo et Francesca ,dans un petit village paisible où les habitants sont sympathiques.Le logement est atypique avec tout le confort adéquat. First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral im Zentrum. Es gibt viele sehr gute Bars und Restaurants direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Massimo ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert, schnell und flexibel. Wir können Massimo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The apartment was great and met all my expectations! It was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect — close to the city center and just a short walk from charming streets ideal for walking and exploring. The host provided all the information we needed, which made our stay smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Andrea was a terrific host! He gave us clear instructions was very accommodating of our late arrival, super friendly, and showed us what we needed to know about the apartment when we arrived. The place is really great! Very spacious, super clean, amazing view. We had everything we needed, and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment is very central to Siena - just a short walk to everything. We parked at the soccer stadium, which was small fee each day (we used the car each day and left it overnight - it’s more expensive if you just leave it there the whole time), and about a 8 minute walk to the apartment. Overall, this was a great experience. Highly recommend staying at Andrea’s place!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in San Gimignano Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in Auroras Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Übergabe verlief herzlich und unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tollen Empfehlungen von Giacomo – viele davon konnten wir umsetzen und haben so einige echte Highlights entdeckt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in Top-Lage: In nur 5 Minuten ist man mitten im historischen Zentrum von San Gimignano. Auch das Parken war völlig unproblematisch – in der direkten Umgebung standen ausreichend freie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!
